Great big effing boil on my neck! Help!

I've NEVER had a boil, ever, and now, 4 days after I go from long hair to a short bob, I've got something that looks like another nipple. It HURTS! I've put metanium on it and it's coming up to a point but there's no head on it. I don't feel too well either but that might be unrelated.

What should I do?! Help!

Morning all! Ok, update for Wednesday morning:

Slept MUCH better, felt far better when I got up, no temps/malaise, but still tightenings in hump. I started to wonder was it in labour.

Quite a lot of crystallised pus on my neckerchief. Had a quick look and more heads have appeared (I think we're up to 5 now) and it's leaking. I have taken this to be a Good Thing. My mum has just said she thinks it is "coming to a conclusion rather than getting better." She took some more photos which are REALLY REALLY grim and I think make it look worse than it is.

I think the clarythromicin must be doing the job. I've also just put some fucidin on it. I'm having to wear all my tops back to front to give it clearance. I look lumpy and humpy but at least I feel relatively ok.

I'll upload more photos if you like but they're getting v specialist/hardcore! You have been warned!

This, taken in glorious HD, was about an hour ago. It looks worse than it is - I dint think it's actually that red. But check the little dots! They're yellow, extra heads! The head which was in the northwest region has disappeared and I think it might have just ate itself.
