Paderborn is about 4 hours from me, I'm in Berlin. I wonder if your BIL can get chocolate hob nobs there...
I think there's something in the water everywhere, there are loads of multiples in Berlin too, or at least in the neighbourhood I live in.

shabbapinkfrog · 17/09/2009 10:33

Watch out for stray tadpoles Rubester - I've run out of boys names so I cant have any more babies. Oh its bloody hard work pretending I feel fit and well this morning. Poor old Tom threw up on the way to school but is determined to go in

shabbapinkfrog · 17/09/2009 10:36

I bet he can get them from the NAFFI (I bet thats not how you spell it!) The shop where soldiers can buy stuff But then he's not a soldier any more - he works for the Army still though - Oh shut up Shabbs you are rambling you daft owd bint!!!

curiositykilled · 17/09/2009 10:58

OH NO! It is a dedication to research and a lot of time sitting on MN 'resting'. Well done to estar for running the facebook gauntlet at last.

Zippysmum is 37+2 weeks (eek!)- should be here tomorrow or there abouts!
lucya1980 is 35+1 weeks (38 weeks on 7/10),
I am 33+2 (38 weeks on 20/10),
firsttimetwins is 31+1 (38 weeks 4/11)
bagpuss is 30+2 (38 weeks 10/11),
flumpity is 30 (38 weeks 12/11),
Londonlottie 23+1 (38 weeks 30/12),
dizzymare is 20+5 (38 weeks 17/01),

And of course kathryn2804 and estar due with singletons in march and fustilarian, largeglassofred and london11 (I think) with newborn twins or young baby twins.

Sorry to bagpuss who is bumped down to 5th in the birth order! lol Bagpuss, firstimetwins and flumpity could all be around the same time!

This is a good place to be, welcome, are you sure you wouldn't prefer a hobnob and a metaphorical cocktail/g&t? Have you signed in on the d'y ever wonder who everyone is thread? I shall use info you leave there for further research against you at a later date

shabs - you're just as bad as your Tom, you should both just let yourselves be sick!

OP posts:
firsttimetwins · 17/09/2009 11:12

Ooh yes, a metaphorical G&T would go down a treat. Bagpuss, sorry for butting in and stealing your space on the list! I haven't signed in on the other list yet, I will do so soon.

shabbapinkfrog · 17/09/2009 11:21

It's my 53rd birthday on December 9th (and Donny Osmonds 52nd birthday!) Dont know why any of you need to know that or anything - just saw the 'kind of due' dates of some of the twinnies.

Oooohhh Rubester I love Grant Mitchell and Ross Kemp - ooohhh the kind of bad lad who mauls up your liberty bodice on the first date [drool emoticon] and usually works on the waltzers on the fair.

Grant Mitchell is a bit better than Ross Kemp though!

How fab! Well done curiosity!!

Sitting on the left, in place of adverts, we really need a) a map with our locations and b) a date line ......both could be automatically updated with birthdays, due dates etc from MN records.

One day I will ask them

curiositykilled · 17/09/2009 12:55

yes, fg - why not this day? lol let's all ask them, let's make a petition, have a march!

OP posts:
frumpygrumpy · 17/09/2009 12:55

curiosity, I was 2 days off 41 weeks. One of the midwives said I was the only person in ten years she'd ever come across. The other person was herself!!!! Personally, I think my body 'held on' to my DTs because I was never relaxed enough at the time to send the signals that it was time. We moved house right before they were due. [arse over tit]

Anyway, WELCOME all!!!!! Lovely having you.

frumpygrumpy · 17/09/2009 12:57

My washine machine is beeping to say its done. Isn't that irritating!!!!! How rude.

shabbapinkfrog · 17/09/2009 13:02

Curiosity Im not marching bloody anywhere with you lot Will either get pregnant somewhat mysteriously, en route or we will have to bring gallons of boiling water and loads of towels.

OK I have a good 'un to throw into the mix - my lovely DIL - Ems - was thinking out loud the other day and talking about having another baby !

shabbapinkfrog · 17/09/2009 13:03

How posh is Frumpster - her washer beeps to tell her it is finished.....mine does an excellent impression of H's voice 'Shazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz washers finished!!'

fg - think it's quite likely it'd be me if anyone that went over. Hospital will offer induction at 38 weeks but are happy to leave me till 41. I'm happy to leave the bubs to decide when they come on their own, my other 2 were 40+6 and 40+3. Think I am convinced these will be 39. I guessed dd correctly down to the day.

I like that my washing machine beeps to tell me it is finished, it communicates through beeps - tells me if there's a problem e.t.c. If it didn't beep it'd get forgotten about or I'd end up standing over it for the last 5/10 mins getting irritated wondering whether I should do something else or not.
