TKB, I think it's a good idea to have different key workers for your DTS. I mean, I find it difficult not to measure their progress against each other a little bit, so how could any other human not? If you were given the choice, you should take it, IMO.

Chops, when I was doing exams last year, I'd do a few pracice essays on whatever the different topics might be, then from them I'd pick out about five key words for each one. Then, as soon as the exam started, I'd look at the questions and jot down the five key words next to the ones I was going to do, and that releases your brain then - you've got the information there. Then when you write, it should just flow from what you know.
I have no idea if that makes sense! Also, the topics I did were theology and english lit, so law (it is law, right?) may be completely different!
