shabster · 19/09/2008 06:40

Good Morning [pretending to be 'full of beans' emoticon]

Hope you have booked that holiday Trips!

ChopsTheDuck · 19/09/2008 08:24

whopeee! Got my final TMA result back - another 89% score.
Brings my overall coursework score to 79%, just need to get through the exam now.

Well done to Tom for being in top sets for everything!
My French is sadly very dusty through lack of use. I jsut keep lapsing into Spanish when I try to use French now which wasn't very helpful in Belgium!

largeginandtonic · 19/09/2008 08:38

Trips hope you booked the holiday, it will give you all something to look forward to, you all deserve it so much!

Shabs hows your bum? Clever Tom! The homework is such a when they go up a year. The twins are feeling it this year, the homework and rules to remember are keeping them on their toes.

They are walking to school themselves too this year, only a mile. Growing up super fast it seems! They will be double figures in October!!!

Pix glad the tips are helping, you poor thing being run down. I was like that after Hugo (#5) i had a cold and it just got worse and worse, i lost my voice for about 8 weeks at on point. It started right before i had him (ds#3 had pneumonia and was in hospital) Hugs was born the day he was discharged (45 minutes later to be exact) and i was so stressed and behind with everything. Exp was being a twit and i just got ill! I took a build you up tonic and shut myself away for a while. The little ones watched too much tv and ate some rubbish but it was all i could do for about a month.

Wish you were closer so i could help!

Mars another wee baby i miss my job >

largeginandtonic · 19/09/2008 08:40

Chops you genius you

shabster · 19/09/2008 08:51

Chops...the duck - you are a clever devil - so pleased for you xx

G&T - my rear end is not too bad thanks Tom has just walked up with the 'delicious' Katie - she is so beautiful. She is almost 15 and he just stares at her like Homer Simpson with a can of Duff! His opening line to her this morning was 'Katie - do you think UFO's are real!' That's my boy. She has been a godsend - she walks up with him every morning and helps him if he gets lost. Think I will get her a little pressie and a card because we would have been lost without her.

You better not still be dithering Trips....get it sorted xx

shabster · 19/09/2008 08:57

OMG OMG Just had a conversation with Nikos, the beautiful one, via Facebook. I did it all in Greek!!! Yessssssssssssss.

Although when he asked me how I was (in Greek) I didn't know the words that meant knackered, old, saggy, miserable etc etc - so I put Endaxee - which just means OK!!

OMG I need a cold shower - he has brightened up my day!

Well done to Tomster, being put in the top set - obviously takes after his mum Shabs .

And congratulations Chops - quite how you and Mars find the time for studying amongst everything else I'll never know

Trips, hope you've booked your hols. How kind of that lady to give you the discount you need - it must mean you are meant to go .

DTs have settled in at nursery with no problems (I will post a picture but DH took it on his camera which he's taken to work so I can't do it yet).

Quick question for you all - I was asked this morning whether I wanted them to have the same key worker or a different one. My instinct was that they should have different ones, to avoid any possibility of them being compared...the head of nursery seemed a bit offended that I might think that they wouldn't think of them as individuals but we all know how easy it is to compare them without even trying. What do you all think?
