Rubester (queen bobos)

Im on my way to chellesters - with tomster in tow - to steady me on my way home.

Calling for some apple juice on the way. The whippets have been walked, the back yard has been swilled down, and the tripe for tomorrows tea is already simmering.

Laters me darlings -

DT1 and DD1 both doing it now

I do get fed up. I sometimes feel lost in a giant ocean of to do lists. I bring it on myself but .......

DT2 is fine now but other two children sick. I feel like spend days just breaking up arguments. DD1 comes out with the old "its not fair because....." line which I detest. Tonight she got upset - when she felt dizzy I asked her to sit down and when her sister said she had a sore tummy she climbed onto my knee and of course that wasn't fair. Its so hard. Physically she is big now (a very tall 7yd old). Its hard to cuddle her up and make her feel the same. I can't see over her head when she sits there (bless) and she is heavy so not quite the same as snuggling a 3yr old there and being perfectly able to eat and hold a conversation at the same time.

Ignore me. I'm tired. Kids have had broken nights and been waking at 5.30am for a couple of weeks what with the decorating and this bug.

Hold on......

frumpygrumpy · 13/03/2008 21:24

......lots of coughing which can = sick but all quiet again.

I will be fine. I'm going to drop myself into a bath if I get half a chance. See if I can't make my skin smile a bit if not my face.

On the plus side I have put in my Tesco order for tomorrow I stopped short of requesting the same boy as I don't know his name. If it is the same boy, I will make sure I ask Oh no I won't! I will get flustered all over again and stare at my leeks blushing like a twelve year old. Kelly, shame about your delivery man. Fair makes the heart beat strong. It is just exercise when you get down to it.....

iamdingdong · 13/03/2008 21:25

hey FG, there's a glass of red waiting for you once you're done

frumpygrumpy · 13/03/2008 21:27

triplets and twins why are you lurking?

That sounds to me like someone who is saying "I'm pissed off/tearful/not coping one bit/emotional and I don't want to bring the thread down". We've heard that line before.

Well, there. I just did it for you. So now you can feel free to just nip in and sit down and let us hold those babes please! You can have the recliner.........

Momma, you are suspiciously quiet. Do you have a life? Should I be worried about you? Or are you just being Olivia Walton?

Oh, I used to love The Waltons. Bring them back. Bring them back. Reruns please not new versions.

frumpygrumpy · 13/03/2008 21:29

frumpygrumpy · 13/03/2008 21:57

Shabster, I caught the thread that you were on lately, giving solid support to that poor girl with the teenage daughter and the 5yr old and the awful hubby.

Forgive me for saying this on here, I hope its ok, I'm trying to be discreet in case its something you want to keep to yourself. I just didn't want to hijack the other thread.

I could feel it across the wires that there was something else going on with you apart from the bits you talk about on this thread. Just couldn't put my finger on it. You stay strong honey. I don't know what else to say. I could say what they all said to you but you seem like you have made your peace with it.

Girls, please don't go asking Shabster about this in case she doesn't want to explain. I feel awful for posting what I just have in case its private but I just wanted to send her my love. Just carry on as before.

frumpygrumpy · 13/03/2008 21:59

I think Em flounced but couldn't stay away. Its the e-numbers.......

frumpygrumpy · 13/03/2008 22:01

And estar ciao bella! We'll still be here in a month I should expect. You might just make it back for our 12 April birthday. This thread hits 3 years old then.

tripletsandtwins · 13/03/2008 22:12

Hi everyone!

Got to run, dtw1 crying, dtr1 screaming at dtr3, but I'll be back in a while hopefully

frumpygrumpy · 13/03/2008 22:14
frumpygrumpy · 13/03/2008 22:15

T&T hullo!

You do your thing and we'll be here.

frumpygrumpy · 13/03/2008 22:17

I note your new shortenings too. DTW1 and DTW2 and DTR1, DTR2 and DTR3, very clever and necessary
