Pazza, they showed you forceps?

Its like the dentist drilling into his own arm and saying "see, its nothing". I hope you showed your fear by peeing on the seat.

MarsLady · 06/03/2008 16:01

drizzling in your gob not on your boobs! Okay... I get it now!

Pazza... I liked all of those names for ONE of your girls lol It sounded so spanish!

Mars hiya love - you ok?

ChopsTheDuck · 06/03/2008 16:03

I remember being shown forceps in my antenatel classes. Like some sort of huge scary warped salad tongs. Made me cross me legs, I tell you.

frumpygrumpy · 06/03/2008 16:03

Really? I make you laugh out loud? Thats a big compliment Not sure about the Peter Kay comparison though........

frumpygrumpy · 06/03/2008 16:05

OH HELL!!! HELLOO! Haven't been here with anyone real for ages

shabster · 06/03/2008 16:05

frumpy - get off my bricks - give em back

Yes you make me laugh, you know the laugh where you choke then wee if your plumbing is not up to much like mine.

Forceps - frumpy - OMG - 'Oh yes I remember them well'

ChopsTheDuck · 06/03/2008 16:07

FG, I'm sure you look fine. I look diabolical. ds1 asked me today, 'why are you picking me up in your pyjamas?'

shabster · 06/03/2008 16:07

frumps I misread your post in my childish haste to reply - thought you said something about big knickers not bulging tums - Ive got both of those

frumpygrumpy · 06/03/2008 16:09

I had a moment like that earlier Shabster! I took the DTs to my favourite cafe for lunch after their gym class and as we sat waiting for food I just started choking on a cough for no reason, couldn't get a breath. The DTs were babbling away to me, the waitresses were oblivious and as I thought "I really am about to pass out", I found it really funny and thought "this is what dying laughing is all about"

frumpygrumpy · 06/03/2008 16:11

Kelly it was a feeble attempt to get sexed up for you girls

nice jamas btw.

Mars, I can't believe you think I'd waste good maple syrup on my bobos.

frumpygrumpy · 06/03/2008 16:11

PMSL, bobos??????

shabster · 06/03/2008 16:13

bobos sounds good - 'mind my bobos' 'stop looking at my bobos' 'my bobos fall down to my feet when I take my bra off' Yes Im having bobos

frumpygrumpy · 06/03/2008 16:14

jeez, you fluff your hair and hold in you blubber and they all leave you. I knew it would come to this!

frumpygrumpy · 06/03/2008 16:15

"s'cuse me, could you hold my bobos whilst I nip to the loo"

I feel a new thread title coming on already D'y ever wonder what your bobos would look like if you hadn't had 6000 children?"

largeginandtonic · 06/03/2008 16:16

Surely that is just torture? I mean in an antenatal class, fgs.

I love those names too, especially Isadora ( i may steal it for a later date ) Tricky criteria to follow. Have a load of names and wait and see what they look like, mine have all had to be seen before being named. I lke Ophelia with your surname, quite exotic sounding.

Shabs you found out you were having the twins right before you had them Good grief.

FG how is life treating you? Is dd ok at the moment. Mine is killing me. Chops (the duck) and i have similar nightmare enchanting girls

largeginandtonic · 06/03/2008 16:17

I wonder that daily FG i really do... >

Egg · 06/03/2008 16:18

ROFL you lot. You are hysterical. Made me smile.

Shabs I was reading about some popstar type called Duffy the other day (think it was in Heat magazine...) and she is a twin and her mum only found out she was having twins a week before too. I guess it takes away 7 or 8 months of being terrified!!!

frumpygrumpy · 06/03/2008 16:19

LG&T you are a stunning goddess with loins of steel and your bobos are probably made of cake which you decorated yourself my darling Mine are flabby, overripe mangos.

ChopsTheDuck · 06/03/2008 16:20

My MIl had a similar experience. She went through pg thinking she was having a girl, because it felt different to the two boys she had previously had. Gave birth, saw it was a boy, then they said, hang on, there is another one coming!!!
Unbelievable really, I KNEW it was twins.

LGT, my dd's latest trick has been to carve up her bedroom windowsill. Which ds1 promptly copied, in trplicate.

Love the boobs title. Never ever had them, still don't have them. THe fried eggs are jsut a bit lower down.

shabster · 06/03/2008 16:20

Oh yes G&T - routine scans weren't the norm in the early 80's. They x rayed me - think it was a quiet morning down on the x ray dept. I had pre eclampsia and nobody could work out why?? Doh.

First baby (babies) so I hadn't a clue still havent!!

TripleyTigger · 06/03/2008 16:22

PMSL Shabs go look!!!!!

Please call me Ms Hilton from now on!!! Momma I have a new body and I am doing your 'hot momma' shots!!!!

So funny!! Shabs you have to do one...please!!! You have to get photoflexer!!

Chops I love the name!!!!!! haven't read any more of the thread because I am laughing too hard at myself

.........its the little things in life ain't it?

Egg · 06/03/2008 16:23

Because I knew I was having two, I could tell there were two, and could differentiate between who was kicking me usually, but if I had no reason to think there were two then I am not sure I would have known, esp as I was not v big.

Right, off to nursery now, got to wake sleeping babies.
