HarrogateMum · 22/02/2008 15:31

boooooo you dont seem the type to accept that Shabs!

Well my dear DH has just emailed to tell me he is not on the 2pm train home. He is still in London and wont be on a train until 5pm, so not home until gone 8. Great, another night of having to do everythign by myself.

shabster · 22/02/2008 15:32

Trips - how do you do that - it is ace!!!!! Although my belly is bigger - still have my baby smile after having DTS's - OK I know they are 26 - a girl needs to find excuses. You make me lauuuuuuuuuuuggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh

TripleyTigger · 22/02/2008 15:32

What Tigger really looks like!!

shabster · 22/02/2008 15:34

Me HM - I am a devoted wife of the 1970's!!! Me and him have had some awful 'jeremy kyle' show type moments and over the years I think you learn to just get on with it. Its not always awful now - I just come on here and act like the nutter I am

and I only fancy trips a bit xxx

TripleyTigger · 22/02/2008 15:34

LOL its all down to dear Mr Google

You know what they say about good things........

snorris · 22/02/2008 15:39

Lipizzaners?
Dd1 & I went to see them at Wembley Arena on their most recent tour .

shabster · 22/02/2008 15:46

All hail to Queen Snorris - the name of those bloody horses has kept me up all night - well that and DS curry sick.

frumpygrumpy · 22/02/2008 16:01

Ah, unicorns and ponies. It all makes sense now. Shabster has such verbal diarrhoea a wicked way with words that I can only skim to catch up. Well, its that or let the DTs cook Don't knock it til you've tried it I guess

HM, my DP is in the big smoke too. Won't be home til about 10pm. Its you and me babe. I am chilling wine. I have fish to cook. Are you dressing for dinner the hen night or will you be in jamas?

chopster · 22/02/2008 16:01

tigger after a few

thse horses look gorgeous, I'm 5'11 too, I'll be one of them!!

I feel like I've spent the whole day cleaning up poo. dt1 sneaks off to the loo, slides downstairs on his bum and says 'mummy can you clean me now?'

chopster · 22/02/2008 16:03

shabster talking shoppping with the REAL HM!

chopster · 22/02/2008 16:04

The multiples piss meet up

frumpygrumpy · 22/02/2008 16:06

shabster, my doctor mis-diagnosed my DD1 a couple of christmases ago and she ended up seriously ill in seclusion in hospital (over Christmas and me with 17 month old DTs) and didn't recover full health for 6 months. I don't have a whole lot of time for GPs either. Perfectly helpful if your leg is hanging off, when they will tell you you need to go to hospital, but otherwise they make me go

HarrogateMum · 22/02/2008 16:07

FG - I have chicken to cook, think I'm going to stuff it with ricotta and wrap it in bacon with some nice new potatoes, and I also have some wine chilling! I think I may wear my nipple tassels for the hen night and my big horn of course.

And Chops what ARE you trying to say with that pic!! It is closer to the truth - ha ha!

frumpygrumpy · 22/02/2008 16:09

well hello young Kelly, how is your bum for lovebites? My DT1 told me she needed a poo this morning (2 seconds before we needed to run to school). I asked if she was done and she said it was still cooking. I said maybe it would be ready later when she shouted "its cooked" and I heard a plop

Sorry if anyone is eating.

frumpygrumpy · 22/02/2008 16:10

HM, does your DH know you have a horn?

chopster · 22/02/2008 16:11

Well, certainly nothing about your huuuge feet. tea sounds tasty, u putting garlic in too?

I'm doing morrocan style chilli and coriander chicken with spiced potatoes.

chopster · 22/02/2008 16:14

cooking poos that's a new one on me!
dt1 jsut sneaks off...

HarrogateMum · 22/02/2008 16:19

Chops - yes I will, and some grated courgette maybe.

FG - DH knows exactly where my horn is, nudge nudge wink wink....

frumpygrumpy · 22/02/2008 16:24

you saucy madame

snorris · 22/02/2008 16:31

I've reached the height of laziness . Dh is working until 9pm so I have ordered pizza (online!) from Dominos to be delivered .

HarrogateMum · 22/02/2008 16:45

snorris I would be tempted to do the same if I didnt already have the chicken defrosted.

FG - is it too early for a snifter???

Overrun · 22/02/2008 16:50

Hwre (welsh again!) its the weekend I could go for a tipple HM. What are you having?
Lol at pooh cooking. I tried to encourage dt1 on the poohing front, by naming his pooh Harold, and saying that Harold didn't want to end up in his pants, he wanted to be flushed down the toilet so he could go off on an excellent adventure
Its raining here, bah humbug. We have friends coming tommorrow, last time we had a guest it tipped down the whole time, please let the sun come out, so the dcs can at least get out in to the garden

PazzaPlusTwo · 22/02/2008 16:51

HM - definitely not too early! Am still in work, so everyone else PLEASE have a big G&T for me.

Can't be arsed to do anything useful but have two keen freelance students working behind me so I better stay and give 'em more work.

Roll on maternity leave!!!

snorris · 22/02/2008 17:09

It's never too early for a drink!
