Shabster, that drives me mad, when you start phoning the doc's at the time they say they're open for business...it's engaged for ages and then when you get through there's no appointments left. on your behalf. Hope your DS feels better soon.
Pixi, hope you are resting...happy moving day (but try to do as little as poss .
Leo, a belated happy birthday to your lovely DTs (sorry I forgot to say the other day). Hope you had a lovely day and a fab party on Sunday .
Chopster, I had one of those shopping trips yesterday - DD1 and DT1 pretending to be mannequins in M&S etc. I would normally have found it funny and cute - they weren't actually being naughty but just having fun. But I was stressed and hormonal and so a bit too strict - story of their lives this week, they are all looking forward to going back to school - it's not been a great half-term for them.
FG, you made me laugh so much last night when I read your message - I was exhausted so didn't reply at the time, but went to bed singing . So today, I'm having my nails done this morning, then going to the pub where we're having the reception to check it's all arranged properly and put out the place cards etc (which DD1 has written in her best 4.6 y.o. writing, bless). Then home to iron my dress (am a bit scared about this bit, but it's got to be done), bath and shaving etc. I'm feeling excited, nervous, stressed, knackered (DT2 up at 1.30am with diarrhoea, DP up at 5.40 for work), ill (had runs myself last night) and a leetle bit worried that AF hasn't arrived yet but not thinking about that till Tuesday.
Will see you all later for my hen night - well I'm not letting you do it without me now .
