Nah!!!!!!!!!!!!! Loving it too much at the moment.

Those stereo moments with the DTs though..... they make me want to put the world on pause occasionally.

Had a fab night out dancing. Saw that IAMF filled the thread and didn't even start a new one

So here it is and if you don't like the title.... well it's almost 3 in the morning. What's a Mars to do?

happy anniversay pixi

love the crib one - I'm sure that happened to me!!!

Egg · 31/10/2007 14:02

Yippee for making me feel good about my buggy choice . Will drive to Tesco this afternoon so there is no limit to the amount of chocs I can carry.

chopsterHeadsOffEverybody · 31/10/2007 14:17

love the pram egg, when I had that they only did the boring titanium colour.

the crib thing def didn't happen to me. The dts made so much noise, everyone else got moved off the bay!

Egg · 31/10/2007 14:21

Currently have orange zapp so will continue to dazzle the locals with new pram . No point blending into the background hey?

Right, DS is awake, we will head off to Tesco in car to buy entire stock of chocs. If only we had our bigger car already I could have managed to fit more in. Shall we have a sweepstake of how many bumper tins of quality street can be fitted into the boot of a golf?

piximonster · 31/10/2007 17:42

Mars, I'm really glad you won something, your DS will love it. David Beckham Academy is near the Dome/O2 so I've been past it loads. The multiples are doing quite well with prizes at the mo.
TripEm I'm about to email you, I might have found a place to move in from early Dec but would really like your opinion on area, DH is worried about me being out in the sticks with no car.
Have spent the day madly cooking in between dropping the DCs to their Halloween Winter Celebration at nursery. I've made Pumpkin Pie (yum), Pumpkin Soup (yummier) and Pumpkin Cake (YUUUUUUUM) so tuck in.

Egg · 31/10/2007 19:45

I have run out of chocolate. There have been so many trick or treaters. I never saw so many ever before. Next year I will not eat any of the chocs.

Think I am soon to keel over with tiredness. Bloody gas man was here almost the whole time DS was asleep at lunch, and proceeded to tell me his life story (two marriages, three kids, one with Downs, one got a gazillion A* at GCSE, one has five kids, blaa blaa blaa). He was very nice but I just wanted to LIE DOWN.

piximonster · 31/10/2007 20:27

We only had one knock this year. I was just putting DT1 back to bed (tummy ache) and DH was busy so they went off. Have loads of sweets to hand out (left from DD1's birthday piñata). So guess DH will carry on scoffing them.

frumpygrumpy · 31/10/2007 21:10

Wow Mars! Good for you hen! Not a bit DB fan here but I'm always available for oggling thighs if the need arises, just whimper shout.

Kelly, I love the glue one

Egg, my DP bought a massive tin of Heroes a few weeks back. They were finished about a week ago and he left the Dreams "for the kids" [fat b'stard] can't cimplain, I had a couple......

TrickORTripletEm · 31/10/2007 21:27

Piximon, what E-mail have you got because the one with TripletEm@ is not working. have got another one though so if you need it tell me

We've had lots of Trick or Treatersbut we still have lots of chocolate left...I just don't know what to do with it all

Branny, was soooo funny tonight went and banged (and I mean banged) on every door shouting "Open up!! I know you're in there!!"

MarsLady · 31/10/2007 23:45

Almost forgot HAPPY ANNIVERSARY PIXI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Right........... just been to IKEA as I needed dining chairs (have done for years). Now I'm off to my bed! Well it's not a salsa night!

Bloody trick or treaters! We had a group of 30 high school children going down our road, 30!!! No cahnce I was opening the door, so opened it this morning and got a canful of silly string dumped in the hallway. It needs banning! bah humbug!

I think I'm off to soft play with a good book this morning.

inamuckingfuddle · 01/11/2007 08:27

morning all, I might manage to keep up today as am off work ill - yes, even if MIL hasn't come down with the lurgy I have had to go and pick DTs up from nursery early yesterday as DT2 had high temp, they're ok this morning though so am having a rare day to myself - in bed with laptop at the mo

piximonster · 01/11/2007 08:41

TripEm, I emailed the TripEm addy lol. I was thinking about the pluses and minus of staying in a cottage at this farm for a few months. I love the idea of the DCs romping around the farm all day but DH thinks it's a bad idea.

TRIPLETlightEMup · 01/11/2007 09:04

Piximon, will send you my other address in a mo!!

I know exactly where that is!! I have been know to take a peek in Fagins myself!!! What me?!! Yes!!!!!!!!!!

neighbourhood wise, don't think you will have any problems as it is all very spaced out, I know the little village next to it did have a few problems with teenagers a while back, nothing major, but it has all settled now due to good community spirit, not too close anyway. Good links to Exeter, the main road will take you right into Exeter, nice little village as you go through and a school. Close to Killerton House(lovely),woods,(lovely,we take the kids there)very nice, lots of fields. I wouldn't have any worries myself

Momma? Agree? Have I missed anything out?

TRIPLETlightEMup · 01/11/2007 09:06

Momma, IAMF sorry to hear that guys Hope all are well soon!!

Egg · 01/11/2007 09:24

Morning ladies. Sorry some of you are experiencing sick DCs. I am dreading DS coming down with something that keeps him off nursery, I live for those mornings. Momma good luck with the cranial osteopath. When I spoke to the very wise Mars a few months back, she said to make doubly sure the cranial osteopath is trained / eperienced in newborns / babies as it can make all the difference. I have never visited one but must do some research before DTs are born so I am prepared. Hope little Dante feels better soon poor lad.

Going to get bags of baby clothes out today to see what i have and what I will need. Quite excited.

piximonster · 01/11/2007 09:38

IAMF- hope you're feeling better soon.

Momma-is he feeling any better this morning?

TripEm thanks for the reply and the email. Agh wish I knew what to do. Main problems with that place is only available for 4 months so I'd be due with the next one at the same time I'd have to move out and I don't drive so I'd be relying on walking/public transport till DH drives down at weekends. Decisions, decisions.

The most affection DH and I shared yesterday was me washing his hair so his eye didn't get wet lol. Still there's always next year.
