Morning. As you can tell, I'm in full cleaning mode atm, as i had to have such a cleanup before the window fitters arrived, i may as well finish the spring clean!
Welcome Slightly, my id boys sre now 13yr olds and in full 'Kevin' mode.
Soks - sounds as if you had a ball eith your brownies. Hope you got all kids off to bed ok in the end.
Trips- How disappointing, and as for the call back, thats not good enough! I must admit, I would be phoning them again, threatening bad publicity unless they sort it asap!
Soffit and guttering man arrived at 8am, and has now almost finished. Wish the conservatory people could vome today whilst the weather is ok.

Bubs - Do you want to clean my house?! Everything is still in boxes. My MIL offered to help but she accidently went into one of the bedroom boxes... has refused to help unbox ever since. To be fair, she shouldn't have been snooping in the bedroom and it's boxes!

Apollo was a little slow this morning but around 10am he had his first feed and has been feeding almost every 1.5 hours for around 15 minutes! So proud. Did my first tandem feed with them, today too :)

Evening all......................kitchen finished except for glass splashback and of course the cooker is still not working, no is there any sign of Rangemaster. Fitter didn`t go until 6.30pm, dust is everywhere, big clean up w/end coming up. Next decision is what colour to paint the walls?

Teal's a good colour or orange?! I'm so bad at decorating!

Anyone want to come and tidy/decorate mine? I've a fetching banana splat on the lounge wall! It'll come off with some magic eraser though.

How is the range? Ours 'broke' the day before we went away. Miraculously it's working again. Very weird.

DH is letting the kids get away with murder. My BIL send me a video via email of Dom and the bathroom floor covered in White stuff and denying that he had been playing with the baby cream. I also received a video the twins sliding down the stairs on their stomach followed by DH in pillow case with A on his lap! I was also sent another video of DH sliding Dieter across the wooden floor and crashing into a pile of empty stacked up bottles...

Wish I was there! It looks like fun but I can just imagine the state of my house!

Still broke and I am sooooooo with the so called customer service with Rangemaster.Brand new, phoned them 4pm Thurs and they said an engineer would ring us within 48hours .....nothing. I phoned back at 1.15pm today and got an automated reply that their office hours on Sat was 8-1pm!! Anyway, spent the day cleaning cleaning cleaning, the dust got everywhere, every knife, fork, spoon has had to be washed. Now to start filling up my new cupboards....................I am in lurve with my new kitchen!! Will put photos on!

K has built, with BIL's help, a rocket ship out of cardboard boxes for Apollo, and called it Apollo 11 after the famous moon landing. I don't think I could be anymore proud of my kids, especially K seeing as he's old enough to understand and pick up certain things. I just want to give him a big wet sloppy kiss to his cheek!

Today has been pretty good. No dramas. They messed with his temperatures all day and for the first time since birth he has managed to consistently hold his core temp, his incubator temp is set at the lowest for him to see how he fairs overnight and if no problems, he will be moved officially to his giraffe bed tomorrow! Then on Monday/Tuesday (depending on how he fairs with the temp situation) Apollo will be weaned onto High Flow... hopefully!

Trips, messy builders are the worst! The customer service is shocking and I would either threaten to lodge a complaint or make on. They shouldn't make promises or time frames if they cannot follow through!

took ds1 to the rugby yesterday, near the end was a right storm - the game had to be abandoned because parts of the stadium were getting blown down!

Have finally had an appointment through for ds1's asd assessment. Just need to break it to him now! I'm kinda torn really - hoping they will decide his difficulties aren't severe enough to be worth adding a firm asd dx to his list, but then if he DID get it, it would be there for if he needs more support in the future. Scary!

Apollo has been in his new bed for 2 hours and he's doing great, that being said he is on a radiant warmer but he's settling down just perfectly fine :)

Apollo has done extremely well, today. He is happily settled into his radiant warmer, I have so much access to him, it's great. Though I am more weary of germs! As he has done well today and is maintaining a good temperature, tomorrow they are going to start weaning him onto High Flow!! :) :)

Well in just over an hour will have three 16yr olds, where has the time gone? I wish their big brother was here to see and know them.................everything is bitter sweet. All the new experiences ahead, I should have already been through this stage of a childs life........feel weird tonight.

Happy Birthday Trips Triplets....Oh my word my friend I remember you sending me a card to welcome my Toms arrival.....that was in the July....on the back of the envelope you wrote....'NOT ONE, NOT TWO BUT THREE!!!!!

We have walked down so many sad roads...we have supported each other and laughed and cried.

BUT just think that today we have four 16 year olds between us We carry on pinning on our smiles and looking forwards to our futures - through ill health, sadness, bereavement, happiness, joy and frustration - I reckon that the pair of us are strong owd birds

Happy birthday to the Triplets! They can now get married, vote, and play the lottery not all in one day mind! :)

Wish I could sleep but Apollo has decided to be extremely fussy, today. Every time I put him down he screams. Just wish I could bring him into the bed with me and Artie. Oh well.:)

Poor sausage was most upset at the thought of being 5. Currently snuggled up on a pile of pillows, covered with a blanket and muttering in 100's to himself?!?!
