Morning ladies.
Thank you all for your kind words the other day. I still feel pretty crap but working in being a better mummy again.
So far this has been sitting, having cuddles and listening to Emily who was troubled about one of her friends after their school trip - she had a brilliant time, everything was her favourite. But it was soured a little by a friend who didn't want to be partnered with her and spent the day pulling at Emily's coat and pinching her whenever she thought she could get away with it. Thankfully their teachers were on the ball but unfortunately in a bid not to give this girl her own way, they stayed partnered.
I made James angry birds buns to take to school and the twins have been happily crawling around while being chased - it's a great game!
Trips. I do hope you get to the iow. I'm sure you could do with the break and you've certainly had a difficult time lately. Change of scene and all that.
Shabs. I'm still chuckling at the fisherman's friends in the fridge. I know it's not that funny but you show your parents have such spirit when you write about them and I'm sure you are a chip off their block.
Mama - do you work for a private security firm or the likes of HMP? I'd be concerned with the night work more than the actual job. But concede it may well be less busy at night than days. I'd also be worried about going back earlier than I was intending to and having a problematic pregnancy. I guess if you go back when you intended to, you'd have a better idea of how the babies were progressing. Fingers tightly crossed for you.
Right. Off to bake some more cakes ready for the big twos birthday party in Sunday. Don't think I'll get away with them sharing a party next year.
