Glad they enjoyed themselves. Tell DH to wear ear plugs haha. Hope you have a wonderful few days, bubs.

The great thing about having my dad stay is his cooking. I love his homemade Russian food, it's the best. The kids love it too.

I am dressed but sat on the floor on with cushions and blankets so that I can play with the kids A is very clingy today and won't leave my side and K is Grandpa's little helper always asking if I'm okay and want anything. One twin is passed out on my bump the other passed out behind my head on the sofa. It's like wacky houses here!

Sounds like happy chaos Mama:)
So were are all our intrepid travellers.............hmm ...I like to know what people are up to...........though with Shabs I shudder to think Wink

Evening girls!

Have a good time at Alton towers bubby!

Glad to see you resting, mama.

We've had a lovely couple of days, went shopping in Palm Springs then down to San Diego. Took the boys rock pool exploring, saw all sorts, and got up close to some seals, then on the USA midway.

My stomach is getting bigger by the day! Been to three of the restaurants featured on man v food so far, if anyone watches that? Today was a gorgeous Mexican place.

Off to Williams tomo, then on to the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas Grin

Shabs, hope you having a good time too x

triplets · 06/08/2013 08:24

Chops are you staying in Williams? Love it love it love it! Look out for The Red Garter Saloon, opposite the Grand Canyon Railway. We stayed there in 2007, fab place. See if they still do a shoot out on the street in the evening!!

triplets · 06/08/2013 08:26

The train ride to the canyon is quite an experience!!

Chopstheduck · 06/08/2013 16:10

Ooh will look out for that trips! We're ststibg in williams tonight and driving to the canyon then on to Vegas tomorrow.

triplets · 06/08/2013 23:18

The Grand Canyon is the most amazing place I have ever ever seen, it made me cry the first time I saw it. We have been twice and would go again. Where are you staying in Vegas?

It's nearly midnight here, I'm in Williams. Thanks for the tip, trips the gunfight was fab!!! Saw the red garter and an amazing sunset over the station. Came here via lake havasu which was amazing scenery and 40c. Explored town, took kids to pool and now in bed!

Trips - bellagio - can't wait! Fountain view room. :) can't wait to see the canyon neither. I loved verdun canyon in France - biggest in Europe irrc, but Dh said it was a mere crack compared to here.

Morning ladies. Had a lovely day yesterday. I didn't think we could spend a whole day just in Thomas land but we did! James really didn't want to go though. I was so surprised. We had tears and "I won't to stay/go home" from him. But he did enjoy it once we got on the first ride. Wasn't as busy as I thought either. The longest we waited was for the first ride. After that it wasn't too bad. Although we did take it turns to queue and the toilet the children while queuing so that broke up the wait a bit. The twins loved it! Was a bit worried about managing the double pushchair and waiting in line. Thought they'd have us do the baby swap instead of us all riding at the same time. But they were happy to have the pushchair by the operator. I guess it shortened their queue as we didn't have to do half and half to ride.

We're making plans to go back now. Going to save our Tesco vouchers and either get a merlin card or just use it for specific tickets though.
