So happy for Kate and William, wouldnt Diana have been so proud? Shabs , bet you are counting the hours to take off :) Its hot in here tonight................sleep well everyone...........bet the Cambridges wont!!

Im very far removed from being a royalist BUT a new baby is wonderful.

Tomorrow Trips I have to do the following......colour my hair, finish ironing and packing, clean the house from top to bottom, look after Lew from 7am till about 2.30....take my Mum for her Alzheimers check at the local hospital at 2.30 (not sure how those two things are going to work out - DH will have to help), make sure Mums house is clean and beds are changed, order taxi for Wednesday and then maybe even get some sleep. A million things to do and I am sat here supping cider and on MN and FB!!! Also I will be going to the mighty Chellesters for a few drinks after I have done all my jobs!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looking forward to actually sitting on the plane knowing I will soon be home in my beloved Greece.

You're going to be a busy bee today, Shabs!

Feel shocking today. Full of headache, back pain, breast and arm pain, of an some diarrhea (TMI!) If I wasn't PG I'd think I'd be starting my period soon - if they had returned that is!

All I want to do is sleep but no position is comfy. God, I'm whiney today.

Bloody typical! Chucking it down with rain, and today, last day of school where lots going on, is the day the school bus breaks down again! So, I have run my 2 plus 2 others in on first run, then came back and took my friends two plus another 2 in on the 2nd run! Some kids went home, but between 3 of us parents, we managed to ferry everyone who wanted to go to school in, all looking like drowned rats!!

Bubby - I'm so glad K finished last week. I was happy being stuck in the house but K and A wanted to go with DF to walk the dog even though I know K hates ran and complains of being cold so I convinced DF to take the stroller. He'll thank me later!

About to open my box (of many) chocolate fingers with some warm milk while twins sleep.

Yay Shabs!

My achievement today was hurtling out of bed at 4am swearing because I'd left the twin pushchair outside. And it was a thunderstorm with torrential downpour. I had to tip the water out of the seats. Even now when I press on the seat water comes up. The pushchair is currently under a neighbours kiddy gazebo with rain cover on and hoping it drys.

Thankfully my second double didn't sell a few weeks ago So I've been and picked that up for a few days!

Rubes are you in SF? It can be really chilly there even in Summer, we were! What excitement? Are you going to see the Redwoods, they are truly awesome! Shabs my lovely, hope you have packed your knickers and are tucked up in your bed, have the most fabulous time and I hope it doesn`t fly by for you..............twirl them tassels :o
We went over to Calais today to do some shopping, lovely crossing...........thunder/rain/lightning!! Bought prawns/cheese/croissants/citron mayo/and beer and wine and fizz....and lots more, love Carrefore ! xx

Good night girls - Im way beyond tired. Taxi here in 6 hours.....just finished sorting out the fridge and the last bits of cleaning....Oh to be about 17 again and not have a care in the world!!!

My lovely 'suprise' baby - Tom - today is his 16th birthday!!!!

Hey Rubes! I've been keeping an eye on the weather and both SF and San Diego look cold! Hope you are having fun!

I love carrefour too, wish we were close enough to hop over like that! Will miss that this year, must be the first year in ages where we haven't been over to the continent at all. Maybe I shall have to plan a half term trip with the kids, do some shopping and maybe the aquarium.

All along the coast can be chilly until around mid day, then the fog wears off. Oh Yosemite, been three times, it is awesome, that's were we encountered a rattle snake!. We were walking to El Capitan off the proper track and there it was just feet in front of us, I nearly died. The ranger said we should always carry a snake bite kit, a box of matches with a razor blade inside........light the match to burn the edge of the blade, make a clean cut where you were bit and suck like mad. He said had we been bit we would have had about 20 mins to get medical help, we were 40 mins from camp!!! Still got a video of it..........we had quite a few adventures................beware of the racoons there!

Sok, I've done the same thing. Damn strollers take forever to dry!

This weekend DH and I are flying to Germany to view a house. Owner is keen to rent it out ans has said if we can get out there by Tuesday, they won't arrange appointments for viewing until we've been. We expressed keen interest and full rent. From what we've seen (FIL sneaking around to snap photos to send us and get agent/owner no.)

From what the owners sent us by email it's lovely. It has 6 bedrooms, a basement, 2xgarage, fitted kitchen and a gorgeous garden. Really hope we're not disappointed. Hope our dog is allowed too. I hope they allows us to move in November! I need to stop getting our hopes up!

Soks - our newly wadhed sleeping bags were out in the storms ladt night, knew the storm was coming and totalky forgot I had hung them out
Mama - fingers crossed that the house is everything you hope for and you can rent it.
Chops - school holidays are now officially here! actuslly had a lie in this morning after fh went to work, as I didn't have to get up and rush around nagging the boys to get a hustle on, as well as getting lunches, uniform, and everything else that they should do themselves ready, (all of which they should do themselves, but don't!)
We all have to be uo early tomorrow as I work, and thd boys, rather than leave them to their own devices at home sll day, are going to an activities club, doing canoeing, climbing, go karts, etc, but gavevto drop them off at 08.15.
Been getting the caravan ready for a weekend away, sterilized all the pipes again, cleaned it through, checked the electrical systems etc, but its now ready gor the off, leaving on Friday evening, coming back Sunday evening, its only a local car dhow, but its free camping and evening entertainment for exhibitors, so we are making the most of it.

Mama where do you find your energy? What part of Germany? 6 bedrooms............just what we could do with.

I have no energy, I'm a walking zombie plus my dad is here who has taken over mostly everything so I don't stress myself out! It's in Burbach :)
