villa in Spain or Italy, Trips? I prefer villas or caravans/lodges to hotels, nice having own space and somewhere to sit in the evenings.

DH is suffering really badly with his hayfever today. Cannot stop snotting and sneezing

Chopstheduck · 13/07/2013 09:13

morning shabs! x

shabbatheGreek · 13/07/2013 09:39

I have never had hay fever in my entire life but I've got it now!!! My eyes are blood red, snot, sore throat that is making me cough.......arrrggghhhh feel rubbish!!

MultipleMama · 13/07/2013 09:59

Same here, Shabs. I've never had hayfever but since I got pregnant my body likes yo torture me. I've never had anything other than a cold in my life DH believes I'm a carrier haha.

Trips - I've heard villas in Italy/Spain are nice. Better for space. DH says Crete is nice.

K has met a friend at the park, boy looks about 5/6 don't know where his parents are though... as suspected Dom is now a stroller refuser unlike he sleepy brother so we're using reins for the first time. Feels weird pushing a single stroller!

I feel like I've missed out replies but can't see previous page. Morning, lovely ladies.

MultipleMama · 13/07/2013 13:32

Felt great and happy all morning but now I feel so low. I'm glad on the grass bonding with my bump and crying because my scan today showed T1's fluid are once again low.

triplets · 13/07/2013 15:04

when is your 3d scan Mama, must be soon, how many weeks are you now? Have faith, I am sure t1 is fine, its been like this up and down for weeks, have faith!!

MultipleMama · 13/07/2013 16:31

My 3d scan is on the 21st. I'm 19+4. Trying to stay positive but hearing them talk or and over about complications is driving me mad. So excited for next week though! X

Sokmonsta · 13/07/2013 19:59

Evening ladies. Lovely hot day here. Spent most of the day in the garden and have the tan lines to show. As well as a tidied garden :)

Twins suffering in the heat. Both fought waking from their nap! Alas they've not gone to sleep yet as James and Emily are keeping them awake

We seem to be enjoying a brief shower at the moment so hoping that it clears the air some. The earlier few spots did no more than make it feel hotter.

triplets · 13/07/2013 23:17

We must be the only part of the country not seeing the sun, it has been very disappointing. Today again was a blanket of grey and a cool breeze, I can honestly say it does not feel like Summer, in fact I am still waiting for Spring!! Just hoping for abit of blue sky tomorrow as its the big event of the year, the return of the Royal Marines band. They were stationed in Deal for many years until the awful bombing by the IRA in the barracks in Sept 89, 11 bandsmen were blown to pieces. The barracks were closed and moved to Portsmouth, but every year they come back to the bandstand on the beach that was built in honour of those who died. The crowd gets bigger every year, last year over 9000 people came. I shall be puffed with pride as James will be playing lead drummer with the ATC band, they will be on before the Marines. Thomas will also be on duty but at Capel-le-Ferne nr Dover at The Battle of Britain Memorial. There will be a flypast from there, Hurricane, Lancaster and Spitfire, it will then fly over the bandstand at Deal.......always makes me sob.....sniff sniff!!

MultipleMama · 14/07/2013 00:36

Aww Trips, I bet you'll be a very proud mama! Hope the weather is nice for you.

Sok, I'm glad you all enjoyed the weather. My twins fought the sun too but managed to nab about an hour in Dog kennel Blush. Totally their own doing crawling there!

After a shitty afternoon DH decided we should go for a meal so we invited DF. While there I saw some old school friends who invited me to town with them. I was gunna say no but DH said I should and he'll look after kids. I BF them and handed them over. Came in 20 minutes ago (I missed the kids and I was tired - I blame hormones Wink). I came home to find DH in bed tandem feeding the twins, one on his chest, one in the crook of his arm. So precious. I love my boys. I enjoyed my free night but I'm glad to be home.

MultipleMama · 14/07/2013 10:38

Happy birthday to Shabs' dad and Trips' Harry! Hope you a wonderful day!

DH decided to wake us up at 6am to go to a carboot. Kids were not impressed; if they wake themselves early that's fine but waking the younger 3 is asking for trouble. Ended up taking both double strollers as all 4 passed out as soon as they were put in their car seats. Off to the park now and only Dom and A are still sleeping.

Hope everyone has a lovely day!

triplets · 14/07/2013 22:48

"My Harry" is Shabs lovely Dad.......hope he`s had a wonderful day with lots of laughs :)
Marines concert was wonderful, crowd of around 10,000. Fabulous weather and my James made me feel so proud, pic on profile :)

Trips - That makes more sense now! I know it's his name! Lol.

He looks so grown up! You're such a proud mama, Trips :)

K has suddenly become obsessed with my bump. Poking babies and trying to lay on bump is his new favourite past time. And he still keeps saying "blobby blobby". I showed them how mr blobby was and Aubrey started crying. Bless!

I'm exhausted and my bladder is the size of a pea so sleeping is impossible. Hope everyone had a lovely day.

triplets · 14/07/2013 23:08

He is such a good boy Ruby, he has his heart set on joining the Corp of Drums, would be a wonderful career! Got your factor 50 ready??

Oh my word Trips - that drummer boy is James????? WOW.....can only imagine the pride you feel.

My Dad had a wonderful day. I learnt stuff about him today that I never knew before. When he was a little lad he suffered with hay fever and asthma....I never, ever knew that. He sounded like my Matt.

i bought him a summer cotton shirt.....slightly trendy LOL. Got him one that has a white background with blue and green checks. He said 'My favourite colour is green.' So is mine and so is Toms!! How come I didnt know little details like that?

As we were coming home the second carer came....she got me to one side and said 'When I came on Thursday night your Mam and Dad were 'wasted' (meaning slightly more than tipsy) but she grabbed hold of my hand and said 'It was hysterical....I love the sense of humour you bring to their lives and the way you dare them to do whatever they want to. This house is filled with laughter when you are here.

In my opinion that is my 'job done.' Why cry and fret and worry when you can laugh out loud and kick 'life in the balls!!'

Morning. Glad everyone has had a lovely weekend. Long may the fun continue!

Shabs, your dad is such a character :)

triplets · 15/07/2013 09:18

Morning all, hot hot hot:) So glad your Dad had a lovely day Shabs, did your darling brother appear?
Up early as all three have gone off on trips, boys to Thorpe Park and Becca to London, poor thing started her period this morning and already needed paracetamol. She doesnt cope very well in the heat either. Just said to dk that we could have nipped over to France as they wont be back before 6pm, we get free ferry, fell on deaf ears. He is already at the allotment and I have already done a pile of ironing........and he`s left the Karcher out for me to do the decking!! So just resting my foot for 5 mins then had better get on! x

Chopstheduck · 15/07/2013 09:58

Wow, James is looking very handsome and so grown up! My Jack wants to learn the snare drum for the BB band, he is eligible to join now he is a senior, must look into that again.

shabs that is lovely! I hope my kids are like that for me when I grow old Smile

I am melting! Fecking heat. It was lovely over the weekend, pub lunch with Jack (others were at parties), lazing in the garden. It is NOT lovely running in it!
