D'y ever wonder where the time goes....

...When juggling kids, family, home, school and work?
I know, I know, feeble effort, but I really don't know where my year has gone! Its towards the end of February now, past half term for most of us, and I don't even seem to have blinked!
We were celebrating DH's birthday today, and I'm sure he had his last one only a couple of months ago, or thats how it seems to me.
As for the years since my 2 were born, well, they seem to have gone in a blink of an eye.

I overslept....first time in 3 years of looking after Lew!! Dan had to ring the house to get me out of bed.......OMG I cant do this today

Shame on u, Shabs! at least it is Friday.

I sung chestnuts roasting....and got the finger! revenge is sweet- he has been calling me gums all week

Please God, please let it be 2pm, let Lew be going home and for my house to be clean and tidy, please let the ironing pile disappear, please let Tom discover deodorant and get to love having a bath again, please let me snog Robbie Williams by the end of the day. Amen

Morning girls...............feeling er abit jaded this morning, why did I open that extra bottle................ had Hs cousins here last night from Wigan. They bought us fishn chips, we sat in my shed singing along to LPS on my new record player, was having a really good time until H got tired and moody and wanted them to go...........got a song in my head this morning..............ready?

Mr chops is doing great, thanks. I think the anticipation was def worse than the reality and he is very relieved. Just a bit achey. I think mr chops is rather pleased with himself now, got the snip and a new job all in one week

I'm so looking forward to Monday now, and back to a little normality after a very odd Easter. DTS will be home today or tomorrow sometime. I'm nearly starting to miss them now!

Glad Mr Chops is feeling better, no more jokes, it must actually have been very uncomfortable. Roll on Mon, kids have been a right pain this holiday esp since the bb guns arrived, just had a parent mail from school to say they dont go in until 9.30am............pain as H has an appt at the hospital in Canterbury at 10am and we dont like leaving them to let themselves out. Right time to get my body out of bed.............go down and pretend I am bright and breezy.....................drink too much............me?

May I point out they are H`s relatives Shabs, I like them far more than he does!

I do that without even realising Trips....everybody does up here....th'house just means the house...have you heard how Peter Kay says that he is going to Egypt on holiday? 'Me Nan asked if we were still going th'Egypt PMSL.....bloody heathens the lot of us!!

I stayed in last night Chellester went out with some members of her family that I am not keen on sat here bored out of my mind. Tom on the laptop DK out at a Pool presentation.....gave up about 10pm and went to bed!!! Problem being I was wide awake at 5am!!!!!!

Morning all.....................why is it Shabs me and thee are always up thearly?:o Sun shining but sky full of black clouds and its a cold northerly wind. Left two boys here y/day pm when I went to mums, H went to allotment. He came home at 5pm and found 4 boys, 2 girls screaming in their room. Boys wouldnt let them out, they formed a firing squad with their bloody bb guns. H was "not" amused :o School tomorrow, praise be to God.

I've been up since 6.30 - dh can only sleep on his back ATM, so is snoring all night long

Going to head out and do some shopping soon, fed up with being stuck indoors! Between my recovery and dh's we've been stuck in all Easter.

Retail therapy Chops, nice coffee, call at a garden centre............can I come?
