Morning, now got a migraine coming on and been invited to my brothers for a bbq, typical............all his fault!

Bloody men!!!!

I couln't live inland

I have lived by the sea all my life, love where we live. I can walk to the beach in 5 mins, never tire of our seafront, in all weathers its beautiful. Having said all of that we have just booked a house on the river in Norfolk next Frid! I love Norfolk, this place looks heaven, maybe too quiet for the kids, but they can go fishing and play Swallows and Amazons! You might know it Rubes, look it up, its called Mendham Mill! Had a pleasant afternoon at my brothers, lovely food but sadly I wasn`t up to drinking, still nursing my head!

I love the sea....I love the seaside....BUT I live in the centre of a mucky, grimy, grey town.....all around me are old cotton mills, too many people and crap. BUT in my head I live in a lovely place. I live in Rhodes. I live at the edge of the sea....I am very, very drunk and it is all that bloody Chelles fault!!! Night, night my friends. My alarm clock will go off in 5 hours and Lew will be here. xxx OMG aint life grand!

Goodmorning Shabs...................yes aint life grand, day 2 of a migraine, felt sick all night. Wish I could get you here, could do with a house sitter next week, worried about my garden as I have put alot of effort into it, my lovely neighbours who usually look after things for me have gone away for 2 weeks.Just waiting for man to come and take the car, new exhaust needed, more money............had the car since the kids were born! Lovely morning here though. xx

Its grey skies here....small amount of rain falling and so humid that I can hardly breathe!! Horrible, horrible, horrible!!

Norfolk is lovely, I'm sure they will have fun trips. I used to go fishing so much when I lived there. Haven't been for years now, I really should get some gear and take the kids. I'm not looking fw to leaving my garden when we go away neither. Should invest in once of those timer things! I don't really have nice flowers, but I do have a good veggie patch, and lots of herbs and stuff. I l prefer plants that can be EATEN!

My older two went off to camp on saturday. Feeling bit nervous about how ds1 is coping. He cried when they set off, he has sn and is likely to struggle a bit anyway, but the captain of the BB is absolutely lovely and I'm know she will make sure he is ok. Just hoping he does enjoy himself!

The dts went to family for the weekend, and dh and I went to London. Had a fab time, went to the dungeons, on the eye and lots of shopping before dinner and home. Spent a fortune in that new M&M world - it jsut draws you in! Got some lovely stuff to put away for Xmas tho.

I'm exhausted, but oddly excited about trying out my new pasta attachement for the kitchenaid and making some fresh pasta today! dts will be home later and kangeroo burgers on the BBQ for dinner!

Lew arrived at 7.15am....his Mummy said she thought she would have to do overtime today....she just texted to say she is working till 5.30pm and will collect him at 6pm if thats OK!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh I can just feel a fun filled day coming on Please god just stop the rain.....Lew is already stropping around and keeps going upstairs to wake Tom up....Oh yes the Tom that was on his laptop till about 4am this morning - talking to Sevva, Stegoris and Savvas (hotel owners children) and, his first love, Paige....he thinks I don't know what he is up to...but he forgets that when he is on Facebook I can keep track of everything he is up to!!!

That is a long day Shabs, its not so bad if they can get out, even in the garden, has he got lots of play things at yours?

Yes, he has lots of toys here, and books!!

Tom got up too early and they have just had their 8th argument of the day. Lew came stropping in from the kitchen, arms folded, shouting 'Dont you dare talk to me like dat Uncle Tom, or there will be trouble!!'

........and down pours the rain!!!

He has gone home - the day did improve. Tom showed him how to build a den. My four kitchen chairs in a square with a double sheet over the top. In went all the cushions and assortment of toys and books. The den took up almost the entire space in my living room LOL They stayed in there for a couple of hours. Lew was shouting 'Andma, Andma we are building a forge (tom said they were building a fort) Im realllllllllllllllly excited cause we are building a forge....Andma, whats a forge?' xx
