Madly decided to defrost my freezer this, stuff melting everywhere.....water everywhere, then weeded all the front garden and watered it, then the back, re-arranged all my food cupboards, chucked out circa 2011 tins etc, then cooked fish for supper................showered and washed my hair, put on linen trousers and kaftan type top, thought I looked dead cool, no-one noticed my work, no-one noticed my cool look until I finally sat down at 8.30pm and ripped my kaftan all the way up the side in doing so.....then they noticed

LMFWAO - Awwwww Trips - I once walked around for a full day with my trousers on inside out....Not one single fooker family member noticed....not bloody one!!!

My dear friends - Chelle and Lin - called for me tonight. They sat in the car and tried to bribe me to go to Chelles. Told them I was too tired. Then Lins DC4 suddenly said (she is 6 and very, very outspoken) 'No Shabbs - dont come to our house - we haven't got a big enough chair for you - you are too fat!!! Lin's DC3 (he is 10 and is autistic) piped up 'Cheeky cow (he loves swearing) Abbey - you're lucky Shabbs didn't slap your arse. LOL. Didn't know wether to cry at Abbey or laugh at Tommy!!!

Just grinned and said bye - could see Lin screaming at Abbey all the way down our road!!!!

So whats your excuse? I have been busy all day cooking, out all pm with the visitors, they came here at 5pm wine was opened and they have just gone and I have drunk far too much goodnight:o

Yet, trips! Don't you ever get those ones that creep up mid morning?

Packing is done, need to bake and cook supplies today. The trolley will be laden later with flapjacks, cupcakes, breakfast bars and cheese straws! I've found Italy surprisingly difficult for food in the past. All they seem to eat is pizza and pasta! I did find a lovely bit of fish on the market, but it cost ?35 so won't be doing that again!!

Got dd her uniform yesterday - spent about £140 in total She fell in love with a bag from BHS in the end, bargain for £5! Prob won't last long but for that price, it doesn't really matter too much.

Hope you still sane after shoe shopping ooogs? You are lucky they go full time so quickly, good luck to them. My were in the same class through reception, then split for year 1. They were fighting quite a bit

Chops..............nothing crept up on me all day:o Too busy to notice, all went out on the miniature railway from Hythe to Dungeness, God forsaken place that is! Most attractive power station I have ever see.................... Came home at 6.30pm windswept and much lighter of pocket!! Kids all enjoyed it though! You off tomorrow then Chops, have an adventure for me, when you get back we`ll plane that road trip, I know a lovely bordello on Route 66
