Definitely don’t engage on Zoom - email only then you have a clear record of everything.

I wouldn’t put it past FLP to try and pay @Fearless31 off, which is why they want to talk rather than put it in writing.

It would be an ironic way to actually make money from being part of the business! 😂

Yes, Fearless is supposed to think oooh a big important company lawyer has got in touch, I’d better watch what I say

Exactly, all Fearless has spoken is the facts, unlike Rictus with her 30K Months, perhaps that is something he'd like to discuss?

YouOKHun · 15/10/2026 12:37

I agree with others this is an attempt to contain you and stop you sharing your direct experience of bullying and privacy breaches after asking some polite questions about information in the public domain. I imagine this could be done by veiled threats dressed up as “openness” about recent events. However, Truth in Advertising and the FTC have also been very open about those events and what lead to them so there isn’t much he can add.

If there is well documented evidence he can share then perhaps he should be sharing it with current FBOs? Perhaps he could also offer them some instruction on privacy laws and GDPR or, if he knows nothing about the UK, perhaps he could refer FLP UK to UK based expertise to ensure FBOs who work FOR FLP and take their instructions from FLP, receive training about GDPR and consumer rights and advertising standards? That’s assuming FLP UK can function with the same rules in place that have seen the US MLM become no longer viable? You have nothing to gain from a Zoom call with him.

notgettinganyyounger · 15/10/2026 12:49

Well done for your interview fearless.

Remember to have a pic with your unsellable gloop with all its shite ingredients so that anyone reading will see the exact company you are talking about!

Fearless31 · 15/10/2026 12:56

I am in total agreement with you all. I have no intention of engaging with him. The facts are out there. I've just raised more awareness about them. To think that they might try to buy my silence is hilarious to me. Surely, they must realise by now that I'm not the sort of woman to accept any financial incentive to keep quiet. I am only interested in stopping the recruitment of vulnerable people, the total violation of people's data and privacy, and the potential harm caused because there is no training on their 'health' products.
I feel a 'thanks, but no thanks' reply is the only one I would consider sending.

Fearless31 · 15/10/2026 11:41

Thank you everyone. I think they must be running scared. I don't need him to tell me what happened. I've read the FTC report for myself.
Anyway, interview has gone ahead as planned this morning. It went very well. Photographer coming tomorrow.
Now, I think I need a cup of tea and a walk in the park 💪

Well done and if the head honchos at FL keep tryng to contact you just ignore ignore ignore, I bet my house they will try and trip you up in to saying something you shouldn't or they could be recording the conversation to use against you, do not trust them one inch, it might sound dramatic but these are the sort of people who will sell their own grandmother to make a fast buck so they won't give a toss about you...

MrsDilligaf · 15/10/2026 16:35

I agree, don't speak to ANYONE from FLP, they definitely don't have your interests at heart, rather they are covering their arses.

American FLP is practically non existent and if the UK goes tits up, then I for one will whoop for joy.

MaybeItsJustTimeToStop · 15/10/2026 22:44

And despite all that headband is still promoting her care packs, profiting from people thinking they're gifting something to cancer patients, at least her engagement is really low!

Butterflyfluff · 16/10/2026 09:09

I just saw that care pack post and was disgusted to see she’s still claiming the products can offer cancer patients some relief 🤬

This was in response to a request for people to buy these £22 shitty packs from her.

I hope @Fearless31 newspaper article crucifies her.

MrsDilligaf · 16/10/2026 09:28

@Butterflyfluff I'd send that on to flp compliance, trading standards, advertising standards, not that they will do anything about it, but these spurious claims need to be stopped.

dickiedavisthunderthighs · 16/10/2026 09:51

She's making full profit whack on these as well. Preacherbot did the same for a hospice, but his £25 packs had a ton more in them - five FLP products plus socks, some stationery and various other bits and bobs so he would have done it at wholesale rather than full price. Still got his ccs no doubt but Headband is doing double whammy.

YouOKHun · 16/10/2026 11:29

She is a disgusting vulture. She is also in breach of Charity Commission rules about transparency and profiteering on the quiet which apply to any commercial/charitable tie up regardless of the size of the bizniz. Never mind GDPR (non of the bots are ICO registered anyway and every one of them should be). I’m writing to the Charity Commission today about this MLM behaviour generally as ‘tis the season for charity rip-offs. I’ll be citing her as one example of Forever Living’s parasitical conduct.

I know FLP has created a relationship with FBOs where the FBOs are tightly controlled but take the rap for acting on instructions or “training” but FLP and their FBOs are not separate entities in terms of public perception and this kind of thing needs more public exposure. During Covid this was the behaviour that turned many more people against MLM and it is always met with disgust when the real agenda of MLM charity sponsorship is exposed and explained. I want the bots and their masters to comply with the rules that are there for every business and they should feel the pain if they have failed to familiarise themselves with the various laws that apply to the rest of us.

Fearless31 · 16/10/2026 11:45

This makes me so mad. Her complete lack of knowledge on the ingredients, after 13 years is outrageous. The deodorant contains an ingredient called Triclosan which is a known endocrine disruptor and some studies have suggested it may increase the risk of develping some cancers including, yep you've guessed it, breast cancer!!

Fearless31 · 16/10/2026 11:53

@YouOKHun I've asked for this to be included in the article. She really is a despicable person. I keep wanting to give her the benefit of the doubt and then something like this pops up. I even asked the journalist to be compassionate towards her. I've just emailed to say I've changed my mind.
All the GDPR and ICO stuff is all in the article too.

Thank you @Fearless31

Headband deserves everything she gets

Great work Fearless !

KCitsweyourHammiewevecomehomenow · 16/10/2026 14:41

Imagine coming for rest in Phuket and Castle and her brother blaring dance music from their villa. She never has any consideration for other people eg bringing her kids with D&V to stay at the hotel near her house, or dancing on an expensive hob.

KCitsweyourHammiewevecomehomenow · 16/10/2026 14:44

And the lady whose retreat she’s gone on looks like Patsy Stone from Ab Fab with her fake fringe 😂😂

ticktock19 · 16/10/2026 20:24

Just seen a post by Uber asking for any opportunities for her son, she thinks he’d be great in sales…you’d think with all her millions made in forever she’d be desperate to recruit him as the 3rd generation family member

Ladiva1971 · 16/10/2026 21:13

@fearless31 just sent u a pm x

PieonaBarm · 16/10/2026 21:33

Castle and Mr Castle have “officially separated a few months ago”…..

Just noticed a journalist from the sun newspaper on fb asking for stories of successful mums running a side business around their kids, for a case study.
Lots of comments from mlm huns obviously wanting to be in on it.. Strange. The journo is carol driver. Im just wondering if there is any connection to the headband situation.
Probably not, but interesting!

@Fearless31
do you know when your article will be published?

Fearless31 · 17/10/2026 18:49

@Spongebobette not yet. I had the photo shoot yesterday. FL have been given the right to reply. It's all got to go through the legal scrutiny. Possibly the end of the week or the weekend. I'll let you all know as soon as I do.
