Thanks for new thread, are you referring to yawn? She was uplines upline ( first time round) I didn’t have much to do with her. Second time ( because I clearly didn’t lose enough money and a bit of a twat!) was a lady under uber, it wasn’t headband I haven’t seen said bot mentioned on these threads she doesn’t seem to be “out there” as much.

Hi everyone. Do any of you know about a Darin Reber, Executive Vice President & General Council for FLP International LLC based in the US? He has sent me an email and would like to set up a zoom call with me to discuss the matters I have raised. He links to the TLC article. He states that he is the best person to talk to re the FTC ruling and the arrest in India, as he was "directly involved with both".
Is this them running scared or another attempt to silence me?

@kittykitty007 please don't feel embarrassed. These bots are bloody brilliant at what they do, when they switch on full recruitment mode. I think of myself as someone with intelligence, capable of critical thinking and doing my due diligence. Yet, I still got swept away with it all. Not because I wanted to make a quick buck. I've never been afraid to work hard. This was something that was sold to me as being a perfect fit for my circumstances at this time. I've always worked in the care industry so I had no idea that MLMs even existed. It wasn't long before my instincts kicked in and I knew something was off. I suspect it was the same for you and you got out. You should be really proud of yourself for doing that because they don't make it easy. Headband talked me out of leaving at least twice. You saw through it. You got out. You can walk with your head held high. I'm proud of you 💚

Oh wow! They’re trying to employ a rather transparent, cack-handed attempt at reputational damage control. It’ll be an attempt to brainwash and gaslight you into thinking you’ve got it all wrong! He might even try to get you back into the fold - what a coup that would be for them. @kittykitty007 welcome to the threads and thank you for sharing your story about Forever Living. Please don’t feel embarrassed; hindsight is always 20/20. You should feel proud of yourself for seeing through it and extricating yourself from the mire of aloe vera! I remember a while ago seeing reports of Forever Living bots being encouraged to get in touch with people in their downline who had left, or were inactive to rope them back in with stories of how things had changed for the better. Some were encouraged to poach people who had been in someone else’s downline with the lie, “I’m a better upline than your previous one … my training is better than theirs …” despite the inherent monkey-see-monkey do training approach of MLMs.

My advice would be to not engage on a Zoom. It’s quite intimidating.

You know what you know and everything you say to a journalist is based on personal experience and material shared by FL

if you would like him to answer questions I suggest you send him a list of questions you have eg what sanctions are there for an upline who does x, please provide a breakdown of profits made by bots at each level on the income plan etc

This is clearly an attempt to limit damage and silence you and I wouldn’t be surprised if in a Zoom call there would be veiled threats about libel and slander - all done with a big American smile

Seems to me that they are going to try and intimidate you into backing down. Maybe tell him you have discussed the matter with your lawyers, and will regretfully have to decline his kind invitation.

Of course FL will be able to say to journalists who ask for a response that Head Office ‘reached out to Fearless to address her concerns but unfortunately she has declined to engage with us but we remain available to talk through the issues she has raised’

Do not engage via Zoom or any other communication if you don't want to as other's have said Zoom is to intimidate you and unless you record it you will have no backup. Better to have a 'paper trail' via email if you want to communicate.

The FTC Ruling is fact and and FL US have withdrawn from the MLM Model in the US, Mr Reber's involvement can't change that and he can't change the facts of the false income claims. It's there in black and white for all to see. If he was involved in both then he's a shit lawyer then.

The same with the arrests in India. The arrested Sales Mgr was granted bail after 4 moths but is to remain at his father's house (note not the house provided by FL or living with his family) while the case continues and he cannot leave the country. The #1 Poster boy Arora and his cronies have not received bail but have made 3 applications. The case is still very much ongoing, Mr Reber a lawyer from Utah cannot represent clients or practice litigation inside the Indian court system. So again he's talking out of his arse and absolute bullshit.
