The machinations at FLP are strong aren't they?! Welsh Bot is listed under her married name which she changed back to her maiden name at least 3 years ago I reckon. The planty patch page shows two incredibly doctored images of neck and decolatage supposedly after using the planty skin care (I've tried every neck cream under the sun and confirm that they do not work).

On the planty patch Ticktock Welshbot is more upbeat pimping her kids with free P&P and an advert for Salmon Sperm (such a classy way to use your kids), whereas her business partner is more vocal about "2 single mummies hanging on by their fingernails" as ticktock is going down the pan for them and so quiet. This could be why she's back shilling the jizz. Salmon Jiz or Aloe Jiz whatever sells I suppose.

YAWN - that’s shit technique for your deadlifts - if you’re doing an RDL then the bar doesn’t hit the floor, if you’re doing a deadlift then your legs are far too straight. Work on your technique and perhaps get a PT.
Also - don’t so many reps that your form deteriorates further, if you’re finding it heavy - 4-6 is plenty but I’m sure you know all of this but just forgot.
Perhaps invest in an Olympic bar too and then you only need a 10kg weight each side

And of course training people on Zoom won’t facilitate being able to correct people’s techniques

I am pretty sure they aren't related downline-wise as the Borings were nothing to do with Bloodsucker and I am sure Welshbot is a Bloodsucker downline several generations down.

Yawn's online training Success! In her photo montage, 6 are Yawn, 2 are techie, only 3 'real' participants and their photographs are duplicated and she has included their names, squad goals indeed Yawn.

agree with the poster above who said she needs an Olympic bar and she also needs bigger weight plates. She needs to get her shoulders back and bottom down and just practice before attempting to teach anyone else.

What in holy hell is that weight lifting technique? And more to the point how in christ did she apparently qualify as a bodge it pt?

I'd be very reticent using Yawn's pull up bar just fixed into the shed's joists, it surely can't be strong enough. Also if she does ever manage to do a full pull up there is no clearance for her head! it's just no good at all.

I've got backache from watching her, her glutes and quads should be bearing the weight..

Oh my days - I’m no gym bunny but even I can see how bad her technique is on those lifts - her arse barely moves and her ‘bad’ back is doing all the work.

It would be funny if she pulled the shed down with that ridiculous bar in the roof though! 😂

I know I shouldn't laugh and don't want anyone to get hurt but it would be straight out of a Carry on film if it happened!

The irony is the deadlift (if that is what she is doing ) is predominantly a posterior chain movement. If she has a bad back she should be really concentrating on her form. I hope she is reading this to be honest!
