Mr Boring has hit Level 3 (Presidents Circle) in the September challenge - so definitely back in full on Bot Mode.

If they are listed separately, surely that means they are no longer working hnder the same fbo number, and are separate- maybe an attempt to keep things from creditors....who knows? It's all very murky.

@definitelynotabot they incorporated a new company in early July with Mrs and his son as directors (you can find it searching for her at Companies House including her middle name). All credit to the eagle eyed botwatcher who spotted it! Very dodgy timing, between the first hearing and the begging of the various court dates that followed.

I expect they want to create a bit of history showing them working separately to try and muddy the waters. FLP will want this because when their top bot is a bankrupt they won’t want that unsettling information anywhere near them. Perhaps we can expect to see her rise up the ranks and also his son but I bet he plans to continue botting and the money will get paid into the new company to try and shield it from his creditors.

He will be running the new company if he ends up bankrupt. At least one set of creditors will know it because they probably know their daughter is just a puppet and his son seems not to have made a go of his botting or any commercial activity which would demonstrate he could take over. It will be business as usual for Mr Boring.

Insolvency investigators have seen it all before and an undischarged bankrupt (which is where he is heading) cannot legally manage a company, even indirectly through a spouse. If Forever Living is actively and knowingly facilitating this arrangement to help a top bot bypass legal restrictions or hide income, from what I understand the Insolvency Service will have a severe issue with it. Mr Boring, his two stooges and anyone knowingly assisting them can face criminal prosecution and personal financial liability.

The fact that his status is still listed as "Active" explains exactly why the new company was incorporated in July 2026. Because his existing companies have not been frozen by a winding-up order yet, he still has control over the bank accounts— giving him the window of opportunity to try and move contracts, FBO downlines, or residual earnings over the new entity before a creditor freezes his original corporate accounts. I hope he gets caught out and brings FLP some unwanted attention too.

So Yawn wants some more "gym matting" the same as what she's got because it suits the aesthetics.

Tell you what Yawn, why not get some gym matting that suits the purpose....

• have you looked into the use class/ correct thickness for the type of usage and size of weights?
• have you looked into the fire rating?
• have you looked into the slip resistance?

@OhMyGiddyAunt agree. I also think she shouldn’t have her dogs wondering all over the flooring, gym and jumping on the sofa designed for clients. I love dogs and it wouldn’t particularly bother me but there are a lot of people who would be very bothered by it and would swerve her “gym”for reasons of fear, phobia, allergy and hygiene. She is just so amateur.

Why does she not just ditch the old matting (which looks very thin) that is probably left over from her childminding days, and buy some decent gym matting? Can’t she afford it or something? I thought she had a legacy 6 figure income. Tempted to comment!! But I will stay 🤐

I know it's AI, but I asked "camping toilet in home gym business" this was the answer below. It goes further of course about needing hot water (not a bowl of warm water in winter that will go cold Yawn). I also know she isn't going to get many clients, but she is going to be in a whole world of trouble with this toilet if she gets inspected not to mention all the H&S cleaning protocols she's meant to be adhering to in the bot potty shed and gym.

If you open your home gym to paying members, you are legally required to provide standard welfare facilities. Relying on a camping toilet breaches multiple UK regulations and will result in your business being shut down by local authorities, while completely invalidating your insurance.

Yawn is clueless, absolutely clueless, those clip on foam tiles she wants because "they look good" are dangerous for what she wants to use them for, they're fine for just plonking a baby on but for working out with the general public? This is all a lesson in what happens when you spend over a decade in network marketing

• spend 200 quid on a ‘business in a box’ and you instantly have your own business and can call yourself a CEO, you can give the business a name and go to business networking meetings in your local town and rub shoulder with people who have built and run real businesses

• put few bits of equipment in a shed, paint the walls white, add a portapotty and a sofa and instantly you are running a gym business and can charge more than actual, professionally run gyms

its all based on make believe and playing shop

I know, and the thing is normal people can see this and will not pay £40 a month

To add to the Borings operating as separate FBOs with her level 1 qualified and him level 3 qualified. There is a level 2 qualifier who has qualified despite not appearing to be active in FLP, but he is director of a number of companies related to Mr Boring, is an accountant and was Mr Boring’s best man and a director of a Boring dissolved property company (his first name the same as the hot priest actor in Fleabag). His son is also a shadowy bot, an accountant and a director of related companies.

The more bots are involved in Mr Boring’s manoeuvrings before he (more than likely) becomes personally bankrupt the more it seems that FLP is fully aware and facilitating what may turn out to be illegal asset hiding.
