am not good at reading accounts but it looks like the director’s loan has increased?

I think the biggest visible takeaway from the accounts for me anyway is the Taxation and Social Security entry on the Creditors section. It is nearly half of the 2025 amount, which means their income must also be down 50% this is quite significant.

Wow - that's the biggest indicator, and that was up to this time last year when they had presumably a bigger income from FLP

user1471446301 · 01/07/2026 16:32

Rictus flouting income claims once again on her anonymously viewed Insta showing cheques from 2022 for her and tractor bot.

If you remember 2022 was the Abu Dhabi Rally and celebrations were muted as the President of the UAE and ruler of Abu Dhabi had died so they didn't do the cheque giving ceremony and party as a mark of respect. From that day forth it gave FL the excuse to ditch the yoga mats and send the bonus details via text. They were told not to show their cheques or disclose their bonuses, unless you are Rictus of course.

I'd love to know which school she worked in and what information she supplied to Ofstead the liar.

oh dear it looks like Yawn has upgraded her unlucky colouring book as well, all will be revealed at 1pm. I can only view anonymously and can't see the glorious reveal as it's not uploaded. Hopefully those with access can share apparently it's really exciting and being taken into eliteness. I think it probably just means merging multiple copyright free Etsy downloads with a free crystal bookmark.

I don't understand how the Yawn's have passed the ""Verification requirements complete" and yet the correspondence address hasn't been updated and is still showing their address as prehistoric remains from 7 years ago, dodgy and there must be a reason for it.......

The prehistoric house was rented. Their current house, they own. As a limited company bankruptcy may involve selling their home. I’m not sure how it works with directors loans but eventually HMRC will pull the plug on their tax avoidance scheme. Maybe the house isn’t registered in their names or they think by “hiding “ their real address the HMRC won’t pursue the capital tied up in the house. Like most MLM practices they make up their own rules. Neither of them seems overly tax savvy so they may be blissfully unaware of what is coming.

And the big reveal is....drum roll.....it's now part of the BuildABear "app"!

According to Yawn it's incredible to be able to go into the app to fill in the journal as she was always forgetting the paper version! 😂😂

@user1471446301 I was looking at that Tractor and Rictus cheque post the other day and trying to recall when it was they were told to stop flashing the cheques so thanks for the reminder. It was so obvious that the death of the President was a useful cover for hiding the tumbling cheque amounts. Apart from anything else when has Forever Living ever been sensitive to the culture and values of places that aren’t Arizona?

That pic of Rictus and Tractor bot has never been removed from her FB so that’s another crime. She thinks that because it was ages ago it doesn’t need to be removed. It’s a shame TiNA’s work is done now they’ve sorted FLP out in the US, because flashing cheques however meagre the amount is just the sort of thing they’d have added to the charge sheet. I feel the rest of the world has to deal with a stepping up of scammy efforts and a return to cheque flashing and renewed income claims. I really hope it goes tits up for FLP despite their best efforts.

I wonder if Scamaloupolis has found a house and booked the movers while he has been “on holiday” in his homeland …

That is an interesting angle re house ownership or at least registered in their names. I wish I knew the address of the thatch and I would willingly invest the £7 to have a look at the title register on the Land Registry site. (PM me Huns if anyone knows it and I'll take one for the team). I can't believe they are that dense to think they can hide from the tax man by not updating their address.....but then again like you say they make their own rules.

Uber has cheque pictures still available to see in her insta stories. There is another smaller cheque from earlier in Rictus’s career posted on her FB. Let’s face it, not being able to brag about a cheque they may have received years before was a disaster for the bots. A major “attraction marketing” device taken away. Rictus attempts to make up for it in Bali by putting on a ridiculous joyous unhinged reaction to a text containing news of her CB.

I’d also love to know what school she worked at @user1471446301 and for someone who likes to frequently remind her followers of what a stellar career she had as an AHT she is remarkable coy outside that arena. I may have missed it but I can find no trace on LinkedIn or anywhere else. It seems really odd to me but I think NWM is not a choice for those who are reallly good at what they do, it’s often the refuge of those who have not been competent/couldn’t cope or were too tricky to manage. They’ve then got the boot or flounced, burnt their bridges and need to find something that asks no questions. I really wonder if she fell into FLP during a crisis. Why else is her former career so well hidden? And why swop it for uncertainty and camping out in a caravan half the week, I don’t believe for one moment it was all about time freedom.

I agree re the hidden career. I recall she made a vague reference to teaching in Manchester. It's very odd it's been scrubbed and no reference on any googling both with her current and maiden name. It's very suspect.

I would hope they weren't foolish enough to give up their house in Athens for the Arsehol. Hopefully he negotiated a good relocation package. I think they have other irons in the fire when the gloop runs dry.

Scammy and spouse have a registered business on companies house (his first name is spelt slightly differently). The same business is also registered in Bandon, Ireland presumably to pay less tax and not be bound by Brexit. Spouse Scammy heads up a chain of opticians in Istanbul Turkey "There are flagship and branch stores operated by Scammy Spouse under the popular Berrak Optik (berrakoptik.com) brand.

I'm still cross with myself as I found another business a while back in Greece registered to them both and I didn't bookmark it. It was a weird one importing portable gas for cooking. I'm still trying to find it. So I think as long as he maintains a thick skin, keeps his head down, draws a salary and doesn't dent his gentleman's pride he's got until the solihull lease expires before it's crunch time.

Re Yawn’s HMRC verification, it’s the registered office that’s the key one, the correspondence one being the old address won’t be a real crime. I’m sure Yawn is keen to muddy the waters and avoid her many detractors hot footing it to the Land Registry or realising that she hasn’t got sweeping views of countryside out of her back door as she once implied. Or worst still, realising something about her dream home’s ownership or financing that will be a real blow to her carefully constructed story.

I did wonder whether her parents own the prehistoric cave, so she is not under pressure to change it from the present occupier’s point of view. If the prehistoric cave was my house I wouldn’t be keen to have someone’s business linked to my home.

It's funny isn't it all this deception and yet she invited people round (The Team, just the lowly bots who would be easily impressed, speccy, nurse etc) bringing their own drinks and prepacked nibbles in supermarket carrier bags and had them poop in a potty in a shed (now that is muddying the waters) with only one stagnant bowl of water to wash their hands in. I don't think they were allowed inside because of the dogs but could take photos of themselves against the the white rangy with a manager sash on, what a way to carry on.

You could be onto something with the ownership of prehistoric cave, but it looks like the parents current postcode since 2010 to present is WR5 so they aren't living there but of course they could be renting it out. Either way I'm way too invested and shouldn't let it get to me but i have a good memory and quite enjoy the research and can't wait until MLM is eradicated.

Thank you to those who gave me a pointer to the Yawn abode. Initially the land registry returned no details, however I refreshed and surprise surprise paid my £7 and it is indeed registered to the Yawns. Purchased 29/9/16 for 542K.

There was a charge registered against the property in 9/2020 by the building society. It looks like a registered charge can be normal for a lender, but I'm not sure of the significance of it suddenly being added 4 years after purchase. 2016 / 2017 was gloop gold rush, 2018 is when it all goes veering off into Director Loan territory, 188K in 2017 rising to 233K in the 2025 accounts. So maybe there were some repayment problems or a remortgage.

I'm trying to remember and I don't have access to her social media to check back but wasn't it South Africa she received a mega cheque 300K+ ish which enabled her to purchase the house. So she could have put down 250K and just had a 290K Mortgage which is quite low for a self proclaimed hugely successful bot and interest rates in 2016/ 2017 were nice and low around 2.5% so I'm suprised she hasn't paid it off already.

I was incorrect it was 157K in South Africa in 2016. I think that was her biggest cheque. Techy got 59K as well! oh those days ay, never to return.

This is really curious. I wonder if it's actually her parents' place but in her name for IT dodging. I can't imagine they can keep two mortgages up.
I saw on the insta story spying thing that she had something amazing to share yesterday about that notebook she flogged on Amazon but since then no stories that I can see.

It’s an amazing offer - if you join BuildmyEgo this month you have a chance of winning a great prize!!!!

Spongebobette · 02/07/2026 17:40

First prize 30 mins coaching session
second prize 45 mins coaching session
third prize one hour coaching session

(I may have got that the wrong way round 🤪)

YouOKHun · 02/07/2026 17:44

@Spongebobette I’d definitely be hoping to come first as I’d see the value of the top prize as being the least amount of time I’d have to endure the coaching!
