Talking of the rancid coaching pond that they’re all pissing in and then holding each other under the water while pretending to help each other float, I haven’t looked at that predatory pond-life Fierce for a few months. I see I’ve missed absolutely nothing as she has parked the Facebook page where all her activity was. So far I have not found activity on Insta or elsewhere on FB. Am I missing something? It all seems to have stopped in mid April.
I have a vague recollection it’s been mentioned before but there is a new victim (from January this year) posting about her on JustAnswer. It’s the same old story, someone comes along with a fledgling business, which isn’t really a business. She promises something in an email then promises the world via phone or voice note. They pay her a couple of grand and then she does nothing she promised. The victim complains and asks for the money back but she pushes back aggressively and says there are no refunds and demands that they actually need to keep paying her. That’s the stage the JustAnswer victim is at.
We know the next stage is a central pillar of Fierce’s trickery. When they repeat requests for refunds she then tells them they signed up as a business and therefore have no consumer rights. They haven’t seen a contract but when they agree to work with her they are accepting her terms which are indeed available somewhere, this is done very aggressively and from what I understand Mr Fierce has played a role in the intimidation of victims. Then she sits tight and usually they don’t pay anymore but they slink away putting the £2k down to experience. She only needs one of these a month and she can keep the pretend lifestyle going.
I still wonder why she has disappeared from social media. Perhaps she is having one of her extended holidays in the UK and that needs to stay off social media until she has left?
