am not good at reading accounts but it looks like the director’s loan has increased?

I downloaded the accounts, stuck them though copilot and said analyse these accounts. Not positive.

Ive been following the bot who jumped from juicy p, to the BBC....Oh the devotion! It's sickening.

Yawn's been gifted manifested an air fryer! Apparently she didn't want to spend money on one in case they didn't get on with it!
What a load of bollocks! The first one I bought cos me about 30 quid from Asda. She can't be that broke surely!

Yawns accounts...

Mind you I always find it odd that technically solvent on business accounts ( I have a business) when it looks like the only real asset is money she owes it - the sensible thing to do would be a loan write off but then she would owe personal tax on that amount - however could then get a refund on the 33% corporation tax she would have had to pay on it quite a long time ago I’m suprised the gvt haven’t said that large OD directors loans cannot remain on the balance sheet for more than 5 years

I'm always agog at her atire and alarmed at the filters. I'm very worried for her daughter (not yet 16 paraded as a mini me in very adult atire on very public multiple social media accounts. I wish these parent bots would learn.

£217 of equity really underlines that it is no more than a hobby at this stage!

Is money from subscriptions to BuildmyEgo actually going through thud business?

I don't think so

Spongebobette · 03/07/2026 10:29

So really the accounts are dormant

YouOKHun · 03/07/2026 10:48

So Yawn Ltd can have massive internal debts as long as it has just enough cash passing through to pay immediate external bills (like the £1,251 bank loan or the £6,480 tax bill). As long as external creditors are satisfied and no one takes steps to demand immediate payment, the company is allowed to keep active indefinitely? So Mr Yawn sells Aloe Vera product for Yawn or uses his salary to buy product from himself to put enough through the company to keep the disaster at bay? Meanwhile Yawn dicks about earning nothing?

What money ha ha ha!

OhMyGiddyAunt · 03/07/2026 14:44

If we pooled the cash that posters on this thread would find by rummaging down the back of their sofas we'd have more than £217!

dickiedavisthunderthighs · 03/07/2026 15:43

There's been a max exodus of people from Farmasi into Beyond Beauty, and now Salon's following suit. She's been using the products for a year but just didn't tell anyone OF COURSE.
This is where one of Messiah's chief disciples went off to, and it's been a bit under radar because they products are obscenely expensive, even by MLM standards. Everythings on autoship, sorry 'subscription' which is where they're really going to be coining it in e.g. £99 for a 100ml day moisturiser which is supposed to last you three months. £49 for 30ml if you don't subscribe.
I got one of the products in a beauty bag some years ago and it was bang average and certainly didn't last me anywhere near 3 months.

fossilized tree resin and Salon are friends she often comments on her posts. I think they both go back to Messiah's coffee days. I suppose BBB isn't a competitor to Z or is she leaving the Z for BBB? Salon blocked me when I called her out for her SEN Grifting club, so I can't see what she's up to. I see on Ticktock she's constantly selling all sorts of cheap shite so she's obviously not making enough shilling the Z.

YouOKHun · 03/07/2026 17:52

BBB was co-founded by that very dodgy doctor who has a long history in the US of lawsuits against him. I think we discussed him before. Googling his name brings up https://www.dr-rubinstein.com who has plenty to say about him. Perfect that he should find a home in the shady world of Messiah ex-bots (wasn’t she one of his flings?) and Salon.

Yes we did discuss him but his is a great article and gives us way for info. He's ripe for Murky MLM. being so dishonest. I've just looked at the product pricing 3 bottles, cleanser, toner and moisturiser £229! or you can pay monthly £76.33. The poor lowly bots getting caught up in subscriptions they can't afford trying to sell it to people that can't afford it either.

Any decent partner would say enough is enough, stop dicking round with this hobby and get a job

YouOKHun · 03/07/2026 20:21

@hourglass2 I wonder how many times he has tried to broach the subject only to end up with a melt down on his hands? In the end it’s easier for him to make sure he’s got a full-time job, evenings carved out selling Aloe, repairing the thatch, cooking, dealing with the accountants and paying the bills. All much more straightforward than uttering four dangerous little words, ‘get a proper job’.
