ummm can someone explain why people wouldn’t just join up without going through a third party?

It’s because she doesn’t have the “visibility” and reach … she figures if there are 600 people in her free build her group, then if 60 people ( 10% ) joined her mlm and referred 10 people each , then that’s £25 x 600 and so on and so on … from what I see ( and knowing how flp and the build her works ) it seems hugely complicated to me ! I can hardly make it make sense !

So what’s the ambassador programme ? What even is it doing ?

Christ knows!

YouOKHun · 01/04/2026 23:04

I don’t think this pyramid will be as long lasting as the Great Pyramid at Giza. That’s exactly it @Slw1984, she can’t sell her grift so she hopes a continuous cycle of customers recruiting more customers under false pretences is the answer. It’s the sort of thing that gets reported to the ASA all the time.

And surprise suprise … for you to earn the most money, you have to be signed up to the biggest package … and get them to sign up to the biggest package .
The JOKE of it , is each area of the build a bear is just nothingness , rather than take an idea and build a real business and develop it and grow it and make it good, she’s creating a mlm to get people to sign people they know up to nothingness … she’s officially lost the plot . Or maybe it’s a “ooh look over there squirrel” because she’s realised how hard learning how to be a pt is and she just won’t have time to complete it when this takes off 🙄

HotAsSatansBalls · 01/04/2026 23:48

Yawn really is the grift that keeps on grifting! When nobody signs up she’ll be able to protect her ego by announcing that her latest vanity project was just an April Fool’s day joke. Failing that she’ll be asking AI to create images of sign-ups, testimonials, and a six-figure sum in her bank account in an attempt to kid her audience and herself that she’s a global businesswoman (even if she did throw a tantrum in India, crying about how she and Scotbot were two “English ladies” stranded abroad …). Hang on, maybe Scotbot cut ties with Yaw because she didn’t like Yawn accusing her of being English! 😉

Wintersgirl · 02/04/2026 02:59

People have wised up to MLMs now, most steer clear of them and nobody in their right mind will go near a half baked start up one...

SnoogyWoo · 02/04/2026 06:20

I am very interested as long as my residual income can be passed down via my Will, is that mentioned?

The market for this is tiny, at least those that were conned into FLP got some household items they might use.

definitelynotabot · 02/04/2026 06:58

Is anyone seeing a resurgence of HL in their area? I thought it had died a death years ago but it seems really active locally under the guise of nutrition advice and clinics. They don't publicly mention the brand of product they use at all.
I wonder if that is the standard way to punt it now?

Spongebobette · 02/04/2026 07:59

Yes I’ve noticed that

OP posts:
Tupperwarelid · 02/04/2026 09:00

There is a HL wellness and nutrition centre opened near me. Lots of Facebook posts of people losing fat, reaching targets and ringing the PB bell. No mention of the product but it’s obvious when you search the person running the centre.

Spongebobette · 02/04/2026 09:14

This is on a local FB group

when you dig down the FB page of the person who posted it, she mentions Herbalife once, ages ago.

Yep, I’ve also noticed very well disguised HL grifts on my local FB pages too. No one is saying the name out loud so it’s almost as if the customers are well briefed not to go around using the brand name.

What does seem to have disappeared is Cambridge which might have been euthanised by Mounjaro possibly? The big Cambridge bot in the next town, who at one point saddled herself with a high street shop, suddenly lost a ton of weight and went quiet about Cambridge. Now she has a proper job which can cover the cost of maintenance jabs.

MrsDilligaf · 02/04/2026 13:03

Hmm...so this is network marketing then?

Are you "allowed" to be in something else while you're in FLP?

YouOKHun · 02/04/2026 13:13

@MrsDilligaf that’s a good point. Especially when her PT is showing an interest in being an “Ambassador” while also being an FLP bot. Same for Yawn herself if she is still quietly part of FLP.

Yawn is still in flp and yes it is against company policy I believe.

Trying to capture all the bots

Who is honestly going to cough up £25 a month minimum in the hope they might make a fiver or two back?

Spongebobette · 02/04/2026 14:10

The same people who buy a ‘business in a box’ for £200 and then try to recruit others to do the same

OP posts:
YouOKHun · 02/04/2026 14:55

@Spongebobette I think Yawn believes that if she uses different words to describe her recruitment focussed grift then it isn’t MLM and therefore isn’t problematic. It’s simply a case of calling it an “Ambassador Programme”. And then it magically isn’t a con. She won’t be the first to do this will she? Even the DSA can’t bring themselves to use the right description for the companies they represent. If she has to state it’s “not MLM” as she has done then it’s clear it’s been raised with her and Techie. It’s also the clearest indication that MLM is exactly what it is.

YouOKHun · 02/04/2026 15:13

If her customers are [unwisely] paying her for business coaching because they have a fledgling business like the doggy day care woman or a “business” with another MLM are they going to want to spend their time recruiting customers for Yawn? I wonder if what she announced yesterday will actually be the kiss of death for the remaining active followers.

The people who are misguided enough to pay for a business in a box are going to pay for something visible, tangible with greater expertise at lying about what’s on offer. Yawn has dreamed up a fantasy audience and customer base that doesn’t exist.

I think that’s exactly it - to my mind if you make continuous passive income off other people’s ongoing sales then it has a very big air of MLM about it - especially if it requires people to constantly recommend/recruit . If it’s paid as a 1 off payment - for instance you get £10 for every new referral that converts into a sale then thats not, its just commission.

Spongebobette · 02/04/2026 17:25

‘Passive income’ based on you yourself paying every month - red flag

Bugger the photo didn't show up, but it's a line on the website that reads "Many members offset their monthly fee – and some earn far more"
I mean that's ASA-level bollocks, surely?
