Just watched yawns recruitment tiktok where she's saying it's not a recruitment affiliate programme whilst describing that ot is exactly that. Is she deliberately being stupid or does she have no awareness that she's asking people to join her own pyramid scheme??

Pairing up with Planty Plasters jabbering to to Tiktok on lives till midnight trying to shift patches for another Ex FL Bot who has an overstock problem from a Boots deal gone bad isn't going to save the day either.

Constantly launching the next "best thing" time and time again and getting zero interest, not to mention zero income ...what does that do to someone mentally? What does it do to their confidence?

Surely it can't be good? Surely a partner or family would/should intervene when it's clear that it's not working and hasn't done for years. Or when the roof starts leaking again or the boiler stops working and they can't afford to get it fixed.

You would think given their situation that it would be a case of 'you've tried and it hasn't worked, time to get a job' that's what most husbands would do, it's only the really wealthy that can dick around with a pretend business..

I see the “Grand Opening” of Arsehole House is this coming Sunday. Who wants to spend their Sunday getting a Sunday timetable train to Solihull or getting their car nicked and then getting a Sunday timetable train home, just so they can stand about in a provincial office block? I suppose Sunday is the only time FLP can run these things, when the salaried employees of the other companies based in the slightly nicer offices at Arsehole House are enjoying their weekend.

Ah ha Sunday though no other occupants or employees will be in the office working so they can utilise the whole reception / breakout area or whatever the communal area is called and I just bet you they've hired out the terrace so it looks like this building is all theirs with a gloop n whoop on the terrace. I see Yawn has very unwisely enabled comments on the blog part of her new website.

She has also copied and pasted a privacy policy all about managing and storing people’s data but ha still failed to register with the ICO. There is no hiding behind FLP now. As an experienced business owner, knowledgeable enough to coach others, doesn’t she know what her responsibilities are?

Can she delete any comments left though?? Asking for a friend 🤣🤣🤣

I can't see she is registed to pay VAT. From the UK Gov Website As a VAT-registered business, you must charge VAT on the goods and services you sell unless they are exempt. You must register for VAT to start charging VAT.

She's in boiling hot water here as (again from UK Gov Website) businesses that issue an invoice showing VAT when they are not registered are liable to pay a penalty up to 100% of the amount shown on the invoice.

My understanding is you can't charge VAT until your business exceeds a turnover of £90,000, she can register for VAT as can as can any small business but she won't be able to charge for it, let's face it there's no chance of her reaching the VAT threshold.

@Botpotty looks like Yawn’s pursuing this avenue of futility as a sole trader rather than setting up a limited company. It’s easier to fly under the radar as a sole trader, whereas when her limited company hits the buffers we’ll know about it via Companies House.

Gosh, that roof needs serious attention, the longer it's left the worse it will get, I would be really worried come October when the weather turns....
