She's also turning into Mystic Meg. Orbs flying round her and her long deceased Gran turning up acting as her energy shield. FFS does she really believe this bollocks?

YouOKHun · 02/10/2024 09:49

@Sugarplum48 indeed. Who has nearly 10k followers and under 10 likes on their posts?

She also made me laugh by saying "over a hundred and thirty comments on my first Live" (I can't remember the amount but it was something like that). Meaningless. Headband and Scotbot typing "amazing Hun" numerous times and her responding could add up to that.

SnoogyWoo · 02/10/2024 09:57

They really will do and say anything for a few quid.

YouOKHun · 02/10/2024 10:37

@MrsGlennBulb yes, good to see a famously scammy MLM distance themselves and say it's outdated isn't it? I wouldn't be surprised if it's the way FL is heading. If that is the case Bloodsucker and possibly Boring Name bot and weasel man whose surname is the same as the fifth month of the year may get something out of it. Maybe Uber too. I can't help wondering that if they did move to an Affiliate model with the same characters in place how it could mutate into the same old same old but I don't know enough about it to spot the possible exploitations.

As for Yawn and her ilk, at best it will be Ding Dong Yawny calling unless Uber is in charge. But I expect Yawn's destiny is a min wage job on the quiet with some half hearted crystal dangling until no one is watching and she can (or is forced to) fade away. She might try another MLM hoping to repeat the good old days but she will be disappointed.

I can't help wondering what Yawn's psychological destiny is if she no longer has a SM audience. Sleeping until lunchtime, Pot Noodle in front of Homes Under the Hammer (not very comfortable viewing for her) and then a shower and a burger? I think it could be more problematic for her than some of the others who will be bruised but have already been forced to do other things.

Lower level bots like Speccy know they are employable elsewhere (because they've had to supplement their MLM endeavours) or have other strings to their bow (Scotbot). 2Jags has welded herself to Uber but is probably feeling the pull of Inteletravel and can probably survive in her lovely bubble of unawareness. I get the feeling she would be OK and is possibly more adaptable and easier to get on with (and there is another person in the house with a job). But Yawn is undiluted Bot with a partner who must have compromised his career options. It feels like she has the furthest to fall.

Sugarplum48 · 02/10/2024 13:46

Yawn was never a believer in anything woo. It's all a scam. she's sinking like a rock. She has such a ego that she must stay in the limelight even if that means financial suicide. Silly Billy is putting her entire family at risk and all because she needs to feel important and popular. I hope you get a better accountant yawn as you are going to lose everything

DeliaDeetz · 02/10/2024 16:30

Yawn's followers on her unlucky girl business page have obviously been acquired in the 12 years since she first created it!
If you go into the about section not only can you see it was first created in Feb 2012, it also lists when the name of the page has been changed and what to!
There is actually quite a lot of content pre 2020 related to FL which she's obviously not got round to clearing down.

ItWasnaMeGuv · 02/10/2024 17:59

Anyone remember Dimbot, diversified into Angel (Angle) card reading talking to vulnerable peoples' dead loved ones. I haven't been on her fb page for a few years but she was successful and gained a lot of interest.

YouOKHun · 02/10/2024 18:47

"I am a huge believer of harnessing the energy that is all around us, to attract all of the things we want

Everything is made of energy & you can manipulate that energy toward you (good & bad - so watch your thoughts)".

I've spent many hours and years treating people with OCD and at the heart of that problem is the idea that an [intrusive/repeated] "bad/negative" thought is true or real and that bad thoughts are dangerous and person is totally responsible for managing the threat (via a compulsion). Learning to think the worst and do nothing about the thought and see what happens whilst tolerating the discomfort is the road out of it.

I find her instruction to people to control their thoughts and not think bad thoughts actually potentially damaging. I've lost count of the amount of people who have done a number on themselves by swallowing this kind of absolute garbage. The only positive is that her audience is small and diminishing so hopefully no one in her orbit will end up with this idea as their demon. Shame there are so many others peddling the same crap.

Spongebobette · 02/10/2024 19:11

I agree - it all seems silly and fluffy but people might believe this nonsense and be harmed

Yes, I remember Dimbot’s post about how she bumped into St Andrew on the way to the loo in a village hall. Who’d have thought that St Andrew would need to use the facilities? Djinn are said to be attracted to toilets (odd given that they’re fiery creatures: maybe they like playing with water?) but I didn’t know that it held the same appeal for celestial beings. Yawn should get the smudge sticks out in her bot potty to deter St Jude (patron saint of lost causes), djinni or a bogle! 😉

YouOKHun · 02/10/2024 22:06

Ah Dimbot. Her MLM career is with the Angles now. Always surrounded by angles but none as obtuse as her.

As for St Andrew @BSintolerant, I’m surprised Dimbot bumped into him on the way to the loo because I’m surprised he’s got time to be wondering around her local village hall. I’ve just checked out his CV and he has a demanding remit. It’s not just being the patron saint of Scotland (so he’s not going to be in Dimbot’s village hall on the south coast is he?!), he is also the patron saint of fishmongers, gout, singers, sore throats (COVID was a busy time for him), spinsters, maidens, old maids and women wishing to become mothers. I think the saint she saw loitering in her village hall was Saint Cajetan of Thiene.

Angrymum22 · 02/10/2024 23:57

Just read Yawns privacy policy. It’s not UK compliant. It is only California compliant. Who wants to report her to the ICO. You need a robust, compliant policy and there is a registration fee. If you fail to complete the data tool and pay a registration fee you can be fined up to £2.9k.
She needs to rectify that quick smart.

MrsGlennBulb · 03/10/2024 10:08

Nurse posting on Yawn’s FB that she has two crystals in her bra - for calmness and peace, and I don’t even want to think about the other one which apparently she puts on her third eye.

🤯

wonder if she’s paying Yawn £22 a month to learn about the LoA (she’s reread The Secret many many times so I suspect she’s more of an expert than Yawn)

OP posts:
Spongebobette · 03/10/2024 10:21

Actually it would not be surprising if Nurse paid to be part of a group led by Yawn - that’s what she liked about FL, being in a girl gang with lots of positive reinforcement

OP posts:
YouOKHun · 03/10/2024 11:04

I did see that one of Nurse's faithful followers from her early FB coaching page is now following Yawn so I did wonder how long it would take Nurse to get snared in Yawn's brand of woo.

I wouldn't have thought putting rocks in your underwear is calming or peaceful. As for the the other rock...thanks for that @MrsGlennBulb because now I'm going to have Nurse's third eye in my mind.

In other news, and it really is headline stuff, Yawn is reminding us that she is STARRING tonight. Not in panto with Christopher Biggins in a provincial theatre but in her very own panto in a provincial hotel to an audience who think they're going to a networking event.

The audience may be a bit MLM-y and/or susceptible to woo coaching but they're not her usual followers. I wonder how receptive they will be to a woman talking about herself and how marvellous she is with the cynical addition of crystals etc as a "brand exercise". It just takes one person to politely question her and her aggressive, sensitive, and self-serving character will be instantly visible. Anyone who is well versed in woo is surely going to see through Yawn's adoption of it? I hope she gets a lukewarm reception tonight but she really deserves to be laughed off stage.

Angrymum22 · 03/10/2024 12:03

Had a quick dive into the group that have invited Yawn to speak tonight.
on the whole they are a group of maybe more legitimate/ qualified coaches/facilitators but still charging other women for what is basically common sense advice.

I believe that like having a therapist, having a life/business coach is just the latest trend/fashion. The market is saturated by failed business people who have discovered a source of income through coaching. Are they really the best people to be advising business owners?

Running a business is easy if you stick to the rules finance, marketing, research and the most important advice I was given always stash cash for HMRC. Most businesses fail within their first two years because they forget the huge tax bill due after 12-18months.

Before you start a business is the time for coaching, not when you start to struggle. Social media is saturated by coaches for every area of your life, to the point where you start to feel that you are missing out.

Back to the latest Yawn collaboration, their accounts show no profit for the last two years. I don’t think Yawn or any of the boys do due diligence e or research into coaching. If they did they would see how little money these groups/businesses are making. But like MLM they sell themselves through LOA. They are made up businesses for women ( mainly) who like to play “I’m an important business woman”.

Spongebobette · 03/10/2024 12:24

You are quite right- Yawn will go along and talk about her amazing success as a business
woman whereas the truth is she’s just an unpaid rep and a recruiter

She’ll absolutely love it of course

Hurry up, hurry up...yawn asks are you having FOMO from not having been suckered into the unlucky idiots cult?? Only 1 person has liked the insta post.

YouOKHun · 03/10/2024 14:45

I have FOMO. Fear of Manifesting Opportunists.

Sugarplum48 · 03/10/2024 17:59

Let's see how many people are duplicates on the zoom party tonight. The engagement on her socials is dreadful. 4/5 likes here and there. How embarrassing

Twentytwentyhindsight · 03/10/2024 18:05

Thought Yawn was going to star in person tonight in Sutton Coldfield?

Spongebobette · 03/10/2024 18:28

yes that’s right @Twentytwentyhindsight

Just seen £22 Bot saying the Breast Cancer Awareness UK have partnered with FLP for BC awareness month. She then makes a claim for the safety of the products on the back of an unevidenced story about aluminium and using the old "chemical free" crap. All so FLP can harness charitable goodwill to flog product with the charity getting virtually nothing.
