Aren't supplements supposed to be in doses? Yawn apparently takes kids chewable vitamins throughout the day as sweet treats! This seems like terrible advice, I'm sure this would not be recommended in her nutrition course, so many supplements for 1 supposedly healthy person to be taking!

But we must remember yawn is a nutritional expert. She has a tinternet sticker to prove it!!

Yes it's terrible advice, she's eating childrens vitamins throughout the day on top of other vitamins she's already taking? Christ almighty, more is not better, fat soluble vitamins such as A D and E are stored in the liver and you have to be very very careful about overdosing on them, especially Vitamin A. also if you go over the RDA of Selenium it can be toxic, just because they're vitamins doesn't mean they're harmless, Yawn is really really stupid.

Either that or the chewies are completely useless

The FL childrens vitamins do have bona fide vitamins in complete with RDAs, Aloe Vera isn't good for the liver either.... Yawn is clueless

You wouldn’t be wise to add to any liver damage caused by an historic high alcohol intake by adding a load of unnecessary vitamins would you? I wonder if her Internet nutrition course says “you can never have too many vitamins Hun”.

She certainly has an interesting take on what a healthy lifestyle entails. It’s a bit worrying that she is working up to dishing out “cleansing/detox” advice next month. She can be as misinformed as she likes concerning her own health but sharing her methods and giving advice isn’t OK.

With those supplements and chewing kids vitamins because she basically wants to eat sweets and has convinced herself this is a "healthy" way to eat them, Yawn has basically made expensive piss.

@SunflowerVibes yes Messiah seems to have renewed vigour. He seems to be kicking off a new Ponzi which promises to be “amazing!! No multilevel, no cringe” whatever that means (probably just a slightly different scam). Anyway, he’s pretty happy with the response. I am on his list awaiting instructions on messenger “any moment now”. It will be the usual long drawn out recruitment phase.

I think he thinks he’s invincible and untouchable so he’s now decided to go onto the thread and start patronising his detractors there. Probably unwise of him but his ego is so much bigger than his brain.

*what I really miss about Christmas in this internet age is the demise of those horrific but highly entertaining letters full of stealth (and not so stealth) boasting, virtue signalling and “our surprise at Tarquin’s 1st class degree when he has done no work!! Whereas Tabitha had to work hard between modelling assignments to get her 1st from Cambridge!! We’ve built a little Orangery too - when we visit we will bring the slides which are a fascinating brick-by-brick account of its construction!! Merry Christmas to you and your family!!!!

Someone I know used to send the most boastful round robins about her so-called wonderful life. Oddly enough she was arrested and sent to prison just before Christmas a couple of years ago for failing to comply with a community service order after she got done for stealing from a charity. She’s no need to send any this year either after being convicted of fraudulent misrepresentation. Who needs round robins when the papers can do the job for you? 😉
