I know comments about people’s appearance is not relevant to MLM so I am saying this slightly gingerly. I’m afraid Specsaver’s brows have hypnotised me. I can’t focus on anything else when she is on screen. Whoever did those needs to go back the Brow Training School. Another reminder that we are all better off sticking with the brows that come free as part of our genetic inheritance package.

I do have other distractions as Messiah says something big is about to drop into my inbox and it’s not his ego. It will change my life. Looks like it’s some kind of health supplement. I’m intrigued to know how it will work as there are no multilevels or recruitment, just pure profit (apparently). I’ve got a bad feeling it could actually be a scam.

Her constant posts about how sexy she feels, how great her sex life is, how she is keeping the romance alive with her husband. Why does she feel the need to constantly bang on about it? what is she trying to prove to us all?

Look up the meaning "the lady doth protest too much" usually it means the opposite is true, it sounds like Yawn is trying to convince herself more than anyone, don't forget she has to project the image of perfection (just don't mention the £200k loan, rotting thatch and the glass extension that never was).
That poor lady who posted about boobs though, Yawn is a vile bully and deleted the post before anyone had a chance to see it.

Yawn is claiming that using the 2 FLP products she lost 2st 7lb in 28 days. This would be the 28 days in which many of the edited (and now deleted) photos appeared. What a shame her customers can’t see the interesting timeline we saw at the time.

Is she really advocating the above weight loss as wise? Should FLP be allowing such claims in their name? I thought companies flogging dieting products needed to take some responsibility for what is offered up as advice and what is claimed about how it works?

@Contraryjane they paid £542k after it had risen in value from £390k so it will be worth a bit more than they paid but not a significant enough increase to cover the roof, repairs, that big loan and leave enough for a villa in Spain.

I think it's worth way more than £390,000 you can't get diddly squat for that amount. I wouldn't get hung up on Rightmove or Zoopla valuations, they're always WAY out on their estimates, for example Zoopla had my house valued at £490-£550,00, the Halifax value it at £700,000+, we've has an EA come out last month who said the same amount give or take, to be honest Zoopla and RM estimates are not worth the paper they're printed on.

@Contraryjane ah Ha! What I was looking at didn’t give the info at the bottom (I also meant £325 where I’ve written £390k). Most of us have seen a decline in house price but that is a tumble if these websites are to be believed.

Trust me they're not, they're pointless really, the only valuations worth taking note of is the one from the House price Index and your Mortgage provider..

@Wintersgirl I don’t really believe them based on the value they place on my own house! Rightmove guesstimates aside, I do wonder how much more a house like the Thatch is affected in unbouyant times by the fact it’s boxed in, on a busy road, in a village vulnerable to flooding and close to a motorway. Let alone the roof. I can believe it’s more vulnerable than many which is very bad news when, thanks to her decaying and debt ridden FLP biz, she’ll need all the equity she can get.

Yawns house is low risk for flooding according to You.gov. that includes flooding from the rivers/sea and surface water so that's not an issue (her house is ever so slightly elevated too which helps) not sure about the rest of the houses in the village, but the state of the roof would be a huge sticking point, it needs doing and buyers are going to want to knock off at least £40,000-£50,000 to fix it, I've also noticed she's blocked off their second staircase for some reason, I love features like that in an old house and so do buyers, it might only be plasterboard but it's a lovely feature.
