@WilkinsonM I thought she was signed off sick for a year before she had a meeting last April when she and her employer came to a mutual agreement that she would leave. She then used money from her long service in the NHS to fund life after a short lived foray into school counselling. I’m pretty sure that they were not “very very impressed” with her CV and that she’s gone back on a different basis from her salaried job, to a service that is absolutely crying out of nursing staff. I hope she can hack three days a week.

Ah yes 17/6 she quits her college job and says she never wants to work for anyone else and be told what to do and the only way to build a business is to focus on it without being distracted by working in a job alongside it
and that she’s manifesting her future so watch her journey!

In any case I’m relieved she’s taking paid employment and not being seduced into another MLM

@Spongebobette yes that tiktok is still there! Along with the Instagram post last March about her handing in her resignation. In both she states she's now "free"!
It would appear, as we all suspected, the coaching "business" is going nowhere fast and she needs a proper job in order to make some money!

Her hairdresser mate was also the lucky winner of the incentive Nurse was running. I hope her friend has Googled what EFT means so at least she knows what she's meant to be getting in her 30 minute session! 😂

i have been guilty of this as much as everyone else, but I think that this thread is becoming derailed into verging on bullying which undermines all the good work that has been done. Nurse/not a nurse is not in an mlm anymore and hasn’t been for quite a while, yes her attempts at her business were somewhat lacking but she is now going back into nursing. Laughing at her because she has gone back to employment is wrong- this is the outcome we should all be wanting for everyone who has gone over to the “dark-side” for a while. Just my opinion of course, but I think unless she goes back to FL or other mlm then she should not be discussed here anymore (unless in the context of mlm)

She's in a coaching pyramid scheme. Still absolutely scammy pyramid bollocks. Nobody is mocking her for going back to work - it's the lies and rewriting history which is the problem because she's still lying about her 'business' and failing to understand that scammy pyramid bollocks will never work.

However being fair to her she does seem to think she's offering an actual useful service.

Certainly no mocking/laughing here for getting another nursing job. I'm glad she's gone back into regular paid employment, for her son as much as anything else. Hopefully getting back into the real working world will make her realise she is still trapped in a pyramid scheme - just a different one to before.

It's not that long ago she was calling the NHS broken and saying she was so glad to be out of it but now it's being portrayed as a "career break" and she's missed all the NHS clients etc! So which one is the truth?!

Although she's not actively selling FL she did go through a spell towards the end of last year of mentioning it and it's benefits a lot compared to what she had been, not sure if that was an attempt to revive it again. Obviously if it was, it hasn't worked.

A post by one of the tabloids just popped up on my fb feed ....apparently actress Lucy Jo Hudson has a "side hustle" as a travel agent whilst waiting for another acting job to come up.

A quick Google and yep, sure enough, she's inviting people to join her.

This should not be allowed! You can imagine the starstruck and vulnerable signing up and believing they're working wih her.

For me, nurse has been a case study in how people fall for the lies of MLMs and how they convince themselves that they will be successful by using the law of attraction etc.

people on here sent her kind messages while she was in FL trying to point out the pitfalls but she rejected any gentle hints or questions

she then fell for another scam - a coaching academy - but at least was going to use her skills and experience

but the self deception continued

she’s an avatar for many many others and I’m following her ‘journey’ (as she puts it) with great interest, particularly now as she returns to paid employment; it’s very cheering that she’s not grabbed at another get rich quick scheme (mind you, she probably doesn’t have the funds to buy into one). I hope that the lure of MLMs will fade as she engages with real life again. She’ll probably find she's too busy to put much effort into her ‘business’ anyway (by that I mean endless stories about mundane daily life)

I think her friends and family have convinced her that it is normal to take ‘a couple of years’ to build a business and that she can have ‘the best of both worlds’ by returning to nursing. Bloody well done to them! I’m sure they’ve been worried about her

I'm actually pleased I was right that it was an interview and Nurse has signed up for Bank. She clearly thought that her coaching would take off straight away, which was probably the excitement in part, and when that's not happened she's had some kind family/friends go about it the right way by saying things take time.

Her face lit up when she spoke about going back, more so than when she talks about the woo coaching. She obviously enjoys the work. Describing it as "consultancy" is a bit of a leap though, it's more like supply. But good for her nevertheless, it will get her back into the real world, give her week some structure, allow her to us her clinical skills and show her son that there's nothing wrong with a real job.

@Sunsea21 yes I agree and I know that I’m guilty of over focus on certain individuals and need to be broader and keep in mind that the real villains are the companies who create and encourage all the behaviours and lies we watch (and some key players who know absolutely what they’re doing to people).

The victim/perpetrator line is very blurred but I think Nurse has certain vulnerabilities which put her on the victim side of the line. However there is a streak of demandingness about her, as if she expects things to drop into her lap, as if her every whim has been facilitated in the past leaving her with little frustration tolerance. When it comes to the enticements of MLM looking for an easy ride is her key vulnerability. If she’s had a bit more drive she would very happily have recruited all her friends into FLP regardless of the damage but how well she’d have understood the consequences I’m not sure.

What I really hope is that she finds that Bank work helps her feel more in control and that she finds being among other people and being busy 3 days a week starts to shift her thinking. I hope she can hack it. I hope she reflects on the whole time she’s been involved in NWM and its related thought control and sees it for what it is. What would be really good is if she formalised her therapy work if therapy is what she really wants to do, learned the model properly (because she really has a poor grasp at the moment) and trains further using her MHN status as the ideal core profession. There are some very good pathways to this very local to her. One option she has is she could then work in primary healthcare as a High Intensity Therapist on £35 an hour contract work or from home online for c.£45 per clinical hour with real control over when she works. She’s has some good options and I really hope she can push the coaching academy bot and Specsaver out of her way so she can see those options. I really hope this is a turn point for her and she can leave these scams behind her.

Castle's stories are interesting, she's had the youngest at the doctors and has admitted nursery in both Spain and the UK have suggested she have him referred for assessment as he's not hitting his milestones and she admits he's obviously neurodivergent. I hope they get the help they need for him, every child deserves to be supported and happy.

I hope that’s the only mention of it and that she doesn’t exploit this for social media engagement

I’ve not been on here for a long time but came back to say I saw Castle on an episode of A New Place in the Sun today. She was on a “writing” retreat at a b&b villa in Spain. I’m pretty out of touch with what the bots are up to but recognised her right away. Looking at insta she took a video next to the pool at the end of September.

I’m surprised that castle didn’t make more of her writing retreat. Just had a look and it was a week long event. I wonder if she tagged along and didn’t actually stay in the B&B. Another week off childcare duties.
