Placemarking! we’ve only got a historic £100 in this month’s draw (been held since the early 80s and never won squat!) but counting down the days to the November draw now we’ve shifted funds around.

Reposting this from the last thread, which includes a table on how much interest you need to earn on savings to compete with the tax-free nature of PBs. Obviously the key thing to remember is PB winnings are not guaranteed whereas interest is.

There's a £10,000 prize on the list that corresponds with DH's location, holding, and month of purchase. I'm continuing to dream for a few hours more rather than bothering to check the actual bond number.

What's the biggest single prize that doesn't make the bigger prize winners list? Could you, theoretically, still win 20k with 200 x 100 wins? Clutches straws.

Anyone else confused by quoted locations? In my area they refer to 3 very specific locations or 1 very general 1. I don’t live in anything of the specific ones, but alter the wording of 1 and I would! So would probably just be quoted as ‘Wales’!
