benoticanarsed · 20/09/2023 11:09

2018 started PIP Claim

Awarded 2 points
MR still 2 points

2019 Appeal gave me 16 points - lowest £23 odd a week

Couple more diagnosis since. Medication increased. Non of original illnesses have improved.

2022
Informed DWP of changes .

They took away all my points. Had MR, no change.

Appeal was this morning.

DWP hadn't sent me a 245 page document so it was cancelled.

Could cry. I'm not entitled to any other money and can't work, my heads friend.

I don't know what I'm asking I just wanted to tell someone.

Are you not entitled to ESA/UC if you can’t work?

benoticanarsed · 20/09/2023 11:11

Appeal again take it to tribunal get outside help as a representative. Do you get ESA . PIP isn't really an unable to work benefit iyswim.

benoticanarsed · 20/09/2023 11:13

Oh and I asked CAB for advice last time. They asked for my documents. I sent 800 off. They didn't help me. They sent them back the day OF my appeal to the wrong house number and postcode.

You are entitled to ESA regardless of your husband working contact job centre plus ask about it.

benoticanarsed · 20/09/2023 11:14

I'm waiting for another tribunal date. Sorry.

No as husband works so quite rightly I shouldn't get any help.

Mrsjayy · 20/09/2023 11:15

benoticanarsed · 20/09/2023 11:15

I've tried over the years but never been able too. His wage looks good but after outgoings bills travel we are in the minus.

You are a person in your own right you are entitled to ESA its employment support allowance used to be called lots of other things.

benoticanarsed · 20/09/2023 11:17

What is ESA? Do they help you find a job? I can't work. Seriously I confuse things, say the wrong things, delayed reactions etc

OP posts:
benoticanarsed · 20/09/2023 11:18

I just wanted to say how awful I think it is to have to deal with DWP

Well there is the Autistic society they could help you. Also .Mind can help you any local mental health charity will advocate for you and help you. You seem to have lots of evidence of your conditions so not everything has to be "an illness" do you have a CPN?

If they think you can work in the future, you'll be put in the work related group. If they think there's no realistic chance of you working you'd be put in the support group.

You don't get an extra money for the work related group and contributions based work group lasts for one year.

You'll need a fit note from your GP.

benoticanarsed · 20/09/2023 11:21

What is a CPN

Dizzyspeeds · 20/09/2023 11:21

Who cancelled the hearing and how long do you have to wait for the next?

Do you have a specialist nurse for your mental health or sleep apnea- someone who helps with any of your medical conditions who could support your claim?

benoticanarsed · 20/09/2023 11:22

@TigerRag oh really? My dr knows I can't work she knows how I struggle every day just being at home.
