I want to do this

Winterjoy · 13/12/2022 11:43

Did anyone else do the November round of A*ur and hasn't had the reimbursements added to this month's invoice?

StillBreathingjust · 13/12/2022 12:37

Yes, me @Winterjoy I was coming here to ask the same thing 😩 they're notoriously bad for correcting mistakes too, or certainly are from my experience. I'm just looking through the chat and it looks as though many have had the same issue

StillBreathingjust · 13/12/2022 12:51

Update:
NOVEMBER REIMBURSEMENTS:

I have received an update concerning this from support...

'Action Taken: We are aware of the issue and we are now investigating the reason behind it. Please advise raters not to create duplicate tickets or send any tickets because we are now aware of it. Please advise raters to give us until 23 December to resolve it.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you.

Oh no... 23 December!! I know there's been a few reports of issues in the past but I've done several rounds now without any problems so this has caught me off-guard - I'm almost £300 down.

Hadn't thought to check the project chat but just had a look and there are lots of people panicing. Believe it or not the project leader's replies are getting a bit shirty!! Err hello, it's an issue on Ap**ns part so should be apologies all round, not snarky comments.

StillBreathingjust · 14/12/2022 09:58

I know! I was hoping for it to come in before Christmas but looking unlikely now... Not ideal. As long as we actually see it sooner rather than later I won't be too annoyed. Just hope they don't drag it out for months.

Redcrayons · 14/12/2022 10:58

23 December is terrible. They ask you to spend so much money they should guarantee they pay you when they say they will. I won’t be going in again until I know it’s sorted properly.

Im in the December round and was expecting to see the project fee on the invoice today.

Believe it or not the project leader's replies are getting a bit shirty!! Err hello, it's an issue on Apns part so should be apologies all round, not snarky comments
I can easily believe it. That person is always rude.

AdaShelby · 14/12/2022 17:37

Amur has turned to shit. I've had two things not paid recently and the reason given was nonsense.

Now they owe me £240 and I will hopefully get it before Christmas? And as for kitty. Wow.

Magdachristie · 15/12/2022 16:28

Is anyone having trouble with clickworker? Since yesterday it’s been saying it can’t load jobs.

StillBreathingjust · 15/12/2022 20:02

I'm gonna sack Am'r off too. It's not worth the risk of being out of pocket for shit I don't even want. It used to be good but it's super unreliable now Sad

howfartospar · 17/12/2022 17:39

Am i correct in thinking other people have experienced delays with Ap*en payments?

8DPWoah · 20/12/2022 09:54

Has anyone done anything with TakeNote? I'm working my way through the proofreading recruitment process (because I can't face any more pure transcription than what I already do 😂).

Had an interview for a 'normal' job yesterday, no flexibility and the kids' prospective school doesn't offer enough wraparound to cover full office hours. Don't think they'll take me through to the next stage but I'm going to politely decline anyway on the strength of that.

I'd love to do more copywriting in 2023 so I'm going to explore that more.

ruralwanderer · 20/12/2022 10:43

@8DPWoah there are some freelance, remote-working copywriting jobs listed on Monster at the moment which could be worth a look.

Had a few Neevo payments today for that dodgy job I did a few weeks ago. Chuffed to bits they paid me for it 😊

CornishPasty101 · 29/12/2022 13:20

Anyone want to claim a free share on Trading 212?

My code is www.trading212.com/invite/11S0gNqRoU

If you register using my code and deposit £1 you get a free share worth up to £100 (and so do I).

I got a grand total of £1.40! At least they paid me though, had lots of issues with Neevo not paying in the past so this was a relief even though not a high paying job!!

Celeryfavour · 01/01/2023 17:06

Potato is the only one I do and I'm thinking of giving up. I've been doing it a couple of years but it takes me hours and hours to get the minimum so I'm only earning £35 a month and for £2 an hour I think I'm wasting my time. Any advice?

ruralwanderer · 01/01/2023 18:24

I didn't do any Potato in December and really don't care if they kick me off. I'd already given up on the pay per item work and was only doing shifts when I could pick them up at a convenient time.

OP posts:
Mummyof32020 · 01/01/2023 18:56

What's the link for potato? What is it? Sorry I'm so lost trying to scroll back haha x

Adelais · 01/01/2023 21:28

I only really do the shifts on potato now as I find the pay per item work isn’t worth it anymore. It might be worth sticking it out to see if you can get selected for the shift work. Having said that the majority of the shifts available are evenings/nights and weekends so only with applying if you’re available then.

Redcrayons · 01/01/2023 21:43

@Mummyof32020 it’s Crisp Thinking. The link is in the OP. There is usually a really
long waiting list but it’s worth applying but don’t expect anything for a few months.

usernotfound0000 · 02/01/2023 07:45

December hasn't been too bad for me. Hoping to do better in January without the Christmas break. Going to have a clear out to get lots on Vinted too.

QMee £30
User testing £7
Intellizoom £7
Vinted £30
Top cashback £31

ruralwanderer · 02/01/2023 10:54

Oops, I told a lie! I did two shifts at the very start of December which took me over the monthly minimum so I'm unlikely to get kicked off just yet. Just tallied up my December totals which weren't too dire given I was also super busy with kids' school stuff and helping hubby with his business (the run up to Christmas is his busiest time of year).

Crisp - £40
Intellizoom - £4.15 ($5)
Prolific - £8.91
Search Sciences - £336.87

TOTAL - £389.93

OP posts:
Celeryfavour · 02/01/2023 11:04

Thanks, seems like shifts are worthwhile. Is there a minimum work rate for shifts?

ruralwanderer · 02/01/2023 11:57

No, you just do whatever is in the queue. It's a flat £10 per hour and each shift is 2 hours long.
