Has anyone got any experience with this company? Is there sufficient work to get stuck into, payments on time, easy hard etc

Februarycat · 30/09/2023 14:06

@GachaBread I applied awhile ago and did the test but not had any work from them, so not sure if I failed or what, but I know some people have had work. Worth trying you might be lucky

GachaBread · 30/09/2023 15:04

@Februarycat thanks! Just a bit reluctant when the reviews are a bit iffy. No harm trying though. I'll report back if anything good comes from it.

Sookie53 · 30/09/2023 22:28

@GachaBread I mentioned them on here the other day. It was a bit hit and miss with work availability at first, but this month has been great. Really enjoying the work, payments take a few days to be approved but I've had no issues at all. I've earned around $800 in September with the potential to earn more depending on individual availability. I'd be very happy if it stays this consistent.

GachaBread · 30/09/2023 22:38

@Sookie53 now this is what I'm talking about. These kind of figures excite me and bring back memories where majority of us where earning these amounts and much more with these side hustles every month. Fair play to ya! Fingers crossed 🤞 for me.

kpfragglesrock · 01/10/2023 08:09

@Sookie53

What kind of work do you get from them?
What skills have you listed on your profile?

I signed up a while ago but haven't had any work.

sorrynotathome · 01/10/2023 10:34

I also signed up and been “welcomed” a couple of weeks ago but no work yet,

Sookie53 · 01/10/2023 12:58

@GachaBread Good luck!

Sookie53 · 01/10/2023 13:11

@kpfragglesrock Having signed a confidentiality agreement I don't want to go into much detail about the work but the job I'm doing is basically improving the accuracy of AI models.
I have no specific skills in that area but I just listed skills I have from my day job and also the social media evaluation I've done for other companies like Appen. From what I understand they like to have people with all sorts of skill sets because the subject matters are so diverse.

Do any of these have referral codes? Im looking to sign up to a few but if anyone can benefit from me doing so thats great.

Haven't been on the thread for a while but looking for some new income sites as everything I used to do from these pages has dried up!

SomersetDreams · 03/10/2023 17:34

Invite code for FieldAgent is prb23sv

TheresALight · 04/10/2023 18:58

Thanks @SomersetDreams I've signed up but it says referral code invalid

StillBreathingjust · 05/10/2023 13:41

Hello all,

Not been here for a while. Was doing mostly crisp until it went down the shitter and they fucked everyone over by removing bespoke shifts. I've since been removed for not doing enough work (because there wasn't enough during the times I could work).

anyhow, now looking for something else. Used to do App but again that seems to have gone to shit too.

My POS ex husband had an affair last year, leaving me and 2 young dc behind. I'm desperately trying to stay afloat, I work 32hrs a week at my day job, which isn't poorly paid, but I'm still finding it's not enough to cover what we need and I'm living month to month, as I know a lot of us are. I'm dreading winter and not being able to afford to put the heating on because I simply cannot afford to. I feel so guilty for my children and that I'm failing them.

Anyway, ramble over, does anyone have any pointers as to where I could try next? Is anything lucrative anymore?! I use to pull around £800 a month with potato before it went to shit and I'd ideally be aiming for something similar, though I am aware I was very lucky to even get to that level of earning with them. I just don't know where to look or start. Thanks in advance

lilmishap · 05/10/2023 22:20

Wow bloody hell that sounds like a shit time. I've seen data annotation and search science mentioned as long term decent earners everything else is pants sadly.

GachaBread · 06/10/2023 09:17

@StillBreathingjust things are so tough when your on your own with the kids and everything just keeps going up month in month out. Thought I'd add my two pennies in the convo and recommend one forma, well I don't exactly recommend lol just had an email from them regarding a project. I've never done any work for them because it all looks like goobly gook to me but I remember someone here praising them around a year ago so I signed up, had a mooch and literally thought wtf is this shit! Not really selling it well am I haha but I thought that with appen and crisp and many got on alright with those so worth a check to see if it's something you could jump onboard with. Nobody seems to have any good gigs lately or if they do it's understandable not to share it with everyone. The good old days are gone. 😞

lilmishap · 06/10/2023 19:10

OneForma is legit, very similar to Lions, App etc but I seem to recall they were friendlier. I had a few projects with them, paid on time but then forgot I about them when I got onto Potato.

What's Potato? Sorry if I've missed this somewhere here already.

PorpoiseWithPurpose · 07/10/2023 11:27

Potato is crisp

TheWhiteDoor · 08/10/2023 19:23

Im on a long term project with App, it brings in £250 a month. Took a few months of me applying for every available project to
get something decent tho.

SomersetDreams · 09/10/2023 17:00

Anyone want any free petrol?

Helion Research have many jobs with Total Energies garages where you fill up for free (not full tank but its something) and buy an item and check out the toilets and report back online.

They have other variety of jobs. You have to pass the basic certification and off you go!

MrsWombat · 10/10/2023 08:19

I'm still plodding on with Prolific. More enthusiastic about it the week before payday when the bank balance is low. 😅

I signed up for OneForma and DataAnnotation at the weekend. I've now had a couple of emails about a UK project from Oneforma, but nothing from DataAnnotation yet.

There's a Facebook page called The Work From Home Hub - UK which lists lots of real jobs from UK companies that mostly work from home. Worth checking out.
