How much do you spend on a coffee per day/ per week?

Only recently became a coffee drinker, mostly just at home to accompany DP. Went along on the coffee run at work and it's cost me £4.50 for a standard sized coffee. Good grief. I've been taking packed lunches as to not spend ~£3-3.50 each day buying lunch. Most people I work with do at least 1 if not 2 coffee runs each +/- buying lunch. Is this standard and I've just lived a sheltered life?!

I don't really buy it out unless I am away somewhere or having a day out. I work from home and when I am in the office I can use the office machines for free, so am too cheapskate to buy from Pret or wherever (but if I did, I would buy a filter coffee from Pret as it's cheap).

At home I use a mix of Lidl Gold and Taylors Lazy Sunday filter coffee. My machine cost about £35.

60p a week. A 200g jar lasts me four weeks.

Maybe around £3 a week. I meet a friend who works nearby during lunch one day a week and we get takeaway coffees. Other than that nothing as work provide tea/coffee/milk/sugar.

Same with me, cappuccino and a croissant to treat myself to breakfast on the way to wherever I'm going. Otherwise it's Waitrose's Italian blend instant.

I have a Dolce Gusto machine and milk frother to make my own cappuccino for my commute then on a Friday I treat myself to a coffee shop one that costs me £3.10 for a large cup.

I also tend to treat myself to a cinnamon pastry for breakfast too, which is extortionate at £2.40 but it's delicious!

I think it is fairly standard. The few workplaces me and DH have worked at, plenty of people do this every day or a few times a week including low waged staff. We can't afford to so we don't. I used to buy lunch at work once a week as a treat and I'd buy a coffee maybe once a month on top. Now things are tighter I almost never buy lunch or coffee, at least I haven't done so once since I returned from mat leave in autumn and neither has DH.

If we had loads more disposable income we would do it once a week maybe again though as we did enjoy it.

I do buy the M&S from croissants and Sainsbury pret chocolate croissants.
then at the weekend we bake these on a pizza tray and have with a homemade latte

the bags of 6 frozen pastries are about £3/4 for 6

Bean to cup at home before work, cafetière at work. Rarely buy coffee out unless on holiday/day out.
