@AVL yes there seems to be an issue where I keep getting an error message of not being able to log in. They amended it but can now only get in on my phone not my laptop

I keep getting reminders to do the exam but I don't want to waste my time if there is no work at the moment.

There was so much hope at the beginning of November and now that's dashed! :( Such a shame ! I wish Ap's IT systems were better, there wouldn't be all these delays if they were

@AnotherOne4 and @LoLo2020, I know the feeling! 😢 It's been rubbish. I got on to fancy hat and never got my logins. I finally had a reply to my tickets and apparently between me passing the exam and them telling me I was on the project, it got full up. Wish they'd told me. 🤔
Also Riv P is not the bountiful project I thought it would be. Got offered 40 hours last week but there was no work what so ever!
I have taken the plunge and finally sat the Yu**n exam. I have passed parts 1 and 2 but don't know about part 3. I'm not hopeful, it was really hard. It's taken me a week to study and sit the exams though!

Well done for getting through parts one and two, I think it's a bit cheeky asking people to do that amount of study for free so am loathed to take it at this point despite the fact there *might be work at the end of it

I've just had an email to say I've passed the Yu**n exam! I am in shock! I really don't believe it!

@Catatemyhomework well done! I'm in two minds about whether to sit Y*n or not - I don't really want to put all the work in and then still not pass, or there not be any work.

I'm feeling a bit meh about it all as I failed another A*s qualification (by 1% as well which is paricularly galling).

@onemouseplace, I know exactly what you mean. I felt the same about Yu*n and got invited to take it in the summer. I kept postponing it every month. This month I forgot to postpone it and I got the email last Tuesday with the exam information. I kicked myself for forgetting to postpone it! I just bit the bullet though. Luckily I had no other work whatsoever so I had a quiet week to do it while the kids were at school. I won't lie though, it is a huge amount of work. I read the guidelines twice and took part 1. You can have the guidelines open all the way through. I then re-read the information before each exam parts 2 and 3 and did all the practice exams. I really wasn't hopeful, so it just goes to show it can be done. I think with Yu*n, there is always work. I think it is a permanent project, well unless I'm really bad and get thrown off. I think newbies are closely monitored for quality!

@onemouseplace, I've given up on A*s. Even when you pass them there's rarely any work.

Anyone on Cresc**t who can give me any general "where to start" advice? Just been accepted on to this and could really do with a decent project so don't want to mess it up!

I've just taken Yu* part 1 this morning but I'm not optimistic, it seems a cut or two above the other projects I've done on App so I'm a bit apprehensive about the commitment if I do manage to fluke it 😬

Waiting for my pass/fail exam for the rest of today then!

So haven't had an email or anything but the part one exam has reappeared on my landing page and it says I don't have any recently completed tasks- I've emailed the team but that doesn't bode well, does it 😬

@8dpwoah That seems strange, the pass/fail email should come pretty quickly (other than for part 3). Definitely nothing gone to your spam or anything?

@anxiouswaiting I'm on anc*e, I liked it but I got assigned to a side task which isn't as good/profitable so I'm a bit out of the loop with the main project. Had a look at the chat and there does still seem to be work (it was said previously that it should last until next year) but the tool is being glitchy for people at the moment.

Ladies, quick question. After waiting nearly 1 year, I got finally invited to potatoe. I’m going through the guidelines, the work seems interesting and relevant to my day job. I’m just wondering if there is constant flow of tasks to rate. Also what is the hourly pay? I remember reading this thread in the early months of 2021 and thinking this would be my dream to get in. Is it still worth my time? Many thanks for a response from a seasoned potato member

The last 6/7 months have been absolutely dire on potatoes. This weekend it has been really busy and I actually earned more in 2 days than I did in the whole of October, and I log in for at least an hour every day.

If the content is there and the tool doesn’t break £10 per hour is achievable. most of the time £3/4 per hour is more likely.

I’ve never managed to get to grips with any of if. The tasks change fairly regularly so I don’t think there’s a ‘best’.

@14:49dpwoah, could you have time out on any of the pages? This happened to me a couple of times as you have to submit each page within 30 minutes. Can you log back on and see if the tasks are there? If so you could re-do them? Worth a try. I thought I had failed too but it turned out that I hadn't submitted one of the pages.

@YonderTweek, thank you. It was hard going but mainly because the guidelines are so long. They are quite straightforward though in terms of understandability.
