Those on Am** this month (lucky you 🙂) on the availability form for July where it asked for your Facebook name, did you put your name or your url?

I put my name and have not been selected after a very good run of months - could be coincidence 🤔?

Catatemyhomework · 07/07/2021 12:38

@TheLolaMontez , I so wish I had got wine!

TheLolaMontez · 07/07/2021 12:55

Didn't have a bad one in the end, a few Chinese fast fashion items 🙄 a supposed clothes dryer/ironing cabinet that cost about £10 - another Chinese thing, so fuck knows what will come (if it actually does) - meant to be the size of a wardrobe 🤣
Erm, some slippery slider type things, a case of wine (woohoo) and a Joules jumper to finish. All in all not too bad. Could have been worse

TheLolaMontez · 07/07/2021 12:56

Oh and some mushroom earrings Grin🍄

Catatemyhomework · 07/07/2021 13:52

@TheLolaMontez, that sounds alright. Mine is a bit meh really. Had 2 skips so reduced my items to 5 anyways. So, I have An outfit for a baby girl. I don't have a baby girl! I have a valentines card with a teddy on. I have a rose hair piece. I have a Liverpool FC shirt and my chart topper which is an ivory lace and silk garter for £50 Grin

ruralwanderer · 07/07/2021 13:57

Am** purchases done here too - 2 skips, 7 purchases. The best was a CCTV camera from a UK company for £109 which will be returned for a full refund as soon as I've reviewed it! Grin

Catatemyhomework · 07/07/2021 14:04

Arrhhg just found out from reading chat if an item is sold or out of stock you can pick any other item. I am gutted. Could have bought a lovely rug for £100. I honestly though you had to skip if the item you are directed to is out of stock. I've always done that.

Lifeisforalimitedperiodonly · 07/07/2021 14:14

@Catatemyhomework all the guidelines say that if an item is out of stock you have to skip. So I reckon you've done the right thing. Don't want to end up not being reimbursed.

I had ten items - only did 5. They were 2 dresses that looked like a madam in Amsterdam would wear them, a diaper bag, some fake grasses and a teddy bear from the US. The skipped ones were two that were over the price limit (jewellery - I'm gutted) a crystal that was sold out and two holiday home lets which of course I had to skip!

Bunnyfuller · 07/07/2021 14:21

Going to try to join, can’t believe what people are earning!

Catatemyhomework · 07/07/2021 14:41

@Lifeisforalimitedperiodonly, yes you're right. I'm sure we are supposed to skip if out of stock, otherwise why would I have always done it like this? Your haul sounds great! Everyone elses loot sounds more fun than my loot!

Buster27 · 07/07/2021 14:41

@AmaryllisBloom I put my url. I do remember being unsure about it as they usually ask for the url rather than name.

My favourite am** round so far! My car air freshener (that I sneak peeked last night) actually took me to the main webpage so I got my husband a fancy car cleaning kit.
Then I got some fancy tea bags, a bouquet of flowers and toddler socks, will keep those.
Then some horrible shoes and a home decor product that's not to my taste, will return those (although neither are high value unfortunately).
Then a skip for a broken one.
And then I was delighted to finish off with a pair of Ray Bans! Managed to get them under the limit with a promo code (and thankfully had enough of the full budget left or I'd have been cursing buying DH the car products Grin).

Catatemyhomework · 07/07/2021 14:42

@ruralwanderer, that sounds amazing. You've done well there .

Catatemyhomework · 07/07/2021 14:45

@Buster27, I want what you've got. I have A**r envy! Fancy swapping for a silk and lace garter? Lol! Grin

ruralwanderer · 07/07/2021 14:51

@catatemyhomework, the other items are all utter junk and not worth returning so it's balanced out 😂

Buster27 · 07/07/2021 14:53

@Catatemyhomework Just saw it was 50 quid! Not bad if you're returning it.
Also, if your product is out of stock you do have to skip if you're on sho, but I think you might be allowed to choose another product if you're on am*. (Guessing things like these are why they separated the two as it makes the chat confusing at times!).

AmaryllisBloom · 07/07/2021 15:11

Thanks @Buster27. I’ll do that next time. Bit annoying. I’m really missing a**r this month, I really enjoy it 😬

Catatemyhomework · 07/07/2021 15:59

@Buster27, that's what I thought. Yes I am on Shos* so thanks for confirming.

Doh! I didn't think of using the promo/discount codes that pop up. Is that always ok to do? Great idea to keep it under the maximum spend.

Bunnyfuller · 07/07/2021 18:47

I’m new! Hello! I’ve started on prolific, fell over on the clickworker and now desperate for more info. Is there a mother thread anywhere? 🙂🙏🏻

Frenchdoors1 · 07/07/2021 19:18

Hi @18:47Bunnyfuller
If you go to page one of this thread there are a few suggestions there you can have a look at.

What happened on CW?

OP posts:
Buster27 · 07/07/2021 19:22

@peabrainer I think so, I've seen people say it's fine multiple times in the chat and the project helper person seemed to confirm it again today. I had one automatically added once (couldn't remove it, I didn't actually want the discount as I wanted to return for the full amount Grin) and it got reimbursed fine.

Gatekeeper · 07/07/2021 20:36

one of my a**r took me to tesco website for vodka. Can I order from a website like this

Bunnyfuller · 07/07/2021 21:06

So I earns a fiver odd on prolific, messed up username/email on CW and I don’t see whati need to do on Crisp!

I work FT but have always tried for cost-neural Christmas by hook or by crook! I’ve got about £500 on Topcashback, storing up a little in direct debits but would be fab to bump it up a bit

SleepyMama2021 · 07/07/2021 21:11

I also can't see how to sign up for crisp - they have a careers page but it all sounds like full time show up a the office work! Maybe they aren't recruiting currently?
Prolific rejected me after I verified my ID - no idea why :S
Clickworker said I'd already signed up so deactiviated my account (with an old email and I never got round to doing any jobs.... I forgot I had joined to be honest). So not off to the best start!

Frenchdoors1 · 07/07/2021 21:11

@Bunnyfuller I've just noticed my post to you above is not bolded properly Blush
