Hi all. It's dire on potato and actually driving me mad. I also just tried a neevo quiz and had a wtf moment. Clearly that's not for me.

I got accepted into Rev but it's a slow process. It's been 4 days to approve my id and it was over a week before for my test. Anyway, it's something new.

I'm on Pop but there have been no tasks yet. It's been an incredibly quiet month.

The lb project I'm on gives about 5 hrs a month and I was all excited today when it said tasks available but I got about 10 mins before they ran out.

At least all the quiet time means my house it tidy.

@shovednotpushed don't know if anyone has answered your question from the previous thread? I promise we don't usually move this quick but May has been chatty, apparently. Sorry you're having a tough time at work, that sucks. There's a couple of things to consider. For most of us, it's a bit hit and miss as it's really a gig economy but £10/day is really achievable. You'll hear us talking about Appen. It's www.connect.Appen.com] this is a serious of long and short term projects and there are a few people here that have a consistent amount from here.

You'll also here about survey sites. I make a fair bit off www.intellizoom.com] and prolific.co. These are as and when and you do need to jump on them when they pop up. You can also look at defined crown and Lionbridge jobs. Lionbridge is good and if you can get on something long term it's great. www.Lionbridge.com] What have I missed? Apologies if the guys have already caught you up. We try to put links in but MN and technology can get in the way.

I've just got accepted on www.Rev.com] can't say much as I've not started but a few people here like it, if you like transcription. What is it you were doing? There's loads of options out there.

I wonder if it’s a good sign that SD are still sending emails, and maybe there will be more work soon. I had an email last night about the weekly quiz. Surely they wouldn’t bother if the project was done? Fingers crossed anyway.

Actually so, so glad to have stumbled upon these threads though, I have to say. This is the first month I can remember for years that I haven’t been in my overdraft this late in the month. I just wish I’d found you all earlier! 😂

Hello there. I joined the thread at the beginning of the year and then...did nothing for ages, shame on me. However, I managed to get my arse in gear sufficiently this month to sign up for Prolific surveys and I have just earned my first £50! So many thanks for the information and inspiration. While I realise this will not make me rich, I feel that if I can do this every month, I'm washing my own face as regards treats - Netflix sub, the odd cinema ticket (they're back, hurrah!), new lippy, books, whatever. So thank you again.

I get paid via Paypal, so far it's quick and fee-free. Their payroll runs on Tuesdays and Fridays and I then transfer from PayPal to my bank account which costs nothing.

I'm a primary school teacher and been a depute head for the last 10+ yrs. Also worked in admin. It's a very scary time right now as I am the main breadwinner... so anything will help!!

Hello after dropping off the threads for a while. I have earned very little over the past month or so. Had been earning enough extra (at least several hundred £ a month) via Neevo but their recent jobs have been very poorly paid (or very strange as one recent project was), so earned about £15 in April and May so far.

@shovednotpushed reason I ask is a few people have looked at being virtual assistants and that might be right up your street?

@seizethecuttlefish oh yes absolutely! That is something I would be keen to explore. So much of my current role is organisational/scheduling etc and I've a lot of prior administrative experience.

Right now I'm open to all options, thanks again.

@rhij86 there is tech problems... thats what caused the queue in first place nothing was coming then it call came through then its sticking again - for better way of putting it. I've been logged in a few hours and watching it unfold on slack.

I've been actively seeking work for 2hrs and still not made £10 - although dashboard hasn't updated in around 20mins for me so hopefully i'll be far off it

and on that note the queues have vanished again.

I miss potato.. it was the only thing i can get and loved logging in anytime and actually earning

@Tattiespuds it's maddening isn't it, I was logged on for a full day yesterday alongside my 'actual' job and still only made £4.22

I got excited when I saw the numbers in the queue but it’s been so so slow!

I've managed to break the £5 barrier for only the fourth time this month tea, bath and bed time for the kiddies now, then will jump back on in a few hours to see if I can reach the soaring heights of £10 (doubtful)

My usual A888n project is on hold so only been working on potato today yet I've made more on prolific in much less time, lol, without surges potato really is pennies rather than pounds.

I nearly missed it. Was minutes from getting up to make some fancy dinner. That's now out the window, and it'll be a quick and simple dinner tonight.
