Hi all, happy May. Welcome to this months thread. I'll load up the link later. If anyone else wants to do it, feel free, I'm rubbish at it.

The idea of this thread is to earn a bit of extra cash, as the title suggest. Have a look and these threads go back a while and might give you some ideas.

Newbies welcome. We're a lovely, helpful lot.

@kneesknocking Yes because it's easier when they flow one after the other.
Forgot all about the gaps in between and the user metrics isn't accurate is it.
So I've done 4 hrs this morning, but I haven't have I with all the gaps, I was going to do another 2 hrs later but I could probably do more now, but I don't know how much more.

Is anyone on Pe*rm*t for Ap*n? I have an acceptance email today but no other info as yet.

How's everyone got on with SD today? (I've been doing RL job, so not been on) I'm hoping to do a few hours tonight.

@AnotherOne4 I managed about 4 hours in total but have been on and off it most of the day in between transcribing. Hopefully there’s a big data dump tonight!

@AnotherOne4 I have done a few hrs but don't know exactly how many because I didn't knock off the waiting time in-between it wasn't always flowing

@superpinkgirl No I haven't got it but I applied, it was quite a while ago too. Glad you have got it.

I'm doing Suth until 7, then dinner. I'll do LB from 8 till 10. Then Bed! I want an hour to chill before bed.

I wonder if anyone canhelp me! I registered for Appen and applied for a project, and then it took me to a page to registerfor a Payoneer account. I set this up but my Appen account is now stuck o n this page. I have an email saying I'm approved for the project but I can't get to my dashboard, it just keeps telling me to set up a Payoneer. Will this go once my Payoneer account is set up?

Hello :) I had this issue and it takes time for the account to be linked to hang on and it'll get actioned (eventually!)

Must carry on though.....I'd love to do a few more hours, as I don't think work will be there in the morning.

Has anyone any tips for passing the WWW audio test? I've failed it 3 times but have been told I can reapply after 30 days. It's so frustrating as I thought I'd nailed it 😂 I'm a teacher so I know it's not my punctuation or sentence formation.

I used to make a good amount on potato but it's definitely died a death. Someone mentioned they'd sold shares so they're trying to get cash in. I've been at it 18mths and never been offered shifts. It's definitely frustrating as it's not really worthwhile now and getting less through means less chance of getting a rhythm. I keep it in the background but I've gone from £12/hr to £6 or £7. It maddens me that there is no support or feedback and you never know how you're doing.

I was the same, I used to average around £12 per hour and it was a great earner. I've been with them for almost two years.

Now it's a complete waste of time. These last few months I've just been sitting around waiting for content to 'dribble' in... and I could've spent my time doing something productive with my day.

I actually took a 3 week break because I was so frustrated with the lack of content. Then I had the dreaded 'your account has been flagged as inactive. Log in and work or you'll be removed' email.

I think the writing is on the wall. Like you @seizethecuttlefish I don't know how to get chosen for a B**poke shift.

@WizardOfAus it's so frustrating. I've not had any feedback so I have no idea what I need to do to get a shift. I'm pretty consistent too but they seem to be picking mostly newer people. I also find as it's so slow that I'm not getting into the flow. Really need to widen my net.
