Welcome to the first thread of 2021. I'll try and put the links up but failing that, here's a link to the last thread.

For PayPal it used to be either the same day or the following day. I submitted my PayPal invoice within minutes of the email arriving and it hasn’t arrived yet.

endofday · 19/01/2021 11:20

Yeah, that's my concern. Used to me same day, then recently a day later, never waited this long before :-(

endofday · 19/01/2021 11:21

I know, I know, it says they don't HAVE to pay until up to 30 days, but ya kinda get used to it...

PuddlePip · 19/01/2021 11:24

Anyone recently signed up to crisp? I passed the test a few weeks ago and I'm on the waiting list but not heard anything yet

Redcrayons · 19/01/2021 11:29

@PuddlePip it was about 9/10 months before I heard back from them. They tend to take people in batches when it’s busy and it looks like lots of new people joined in December.

@endofday I can’t remember what it says on the Wiki about payment terms, but yeah a bit annoying if you’re waiting on it. I didn’t realise it was so quick with PP tbh.

Crowsandshivers · 19/01/2021 12:14

@puddlepip it took a year exactly before I heard from potato. I had forgotten about it to be honest.

Wolfff · 19/01/2021 12:16

Crisp PayPal payment just arrived Smile

lin07 · 19/01/2021 12:24

I received potato payment in Paypal but it's still on hold. It said I need to update the order status (no shipment) and it will be available within 7 days after they do verification. I updated it as completed. Is it right?

CrepuscularCritter · 19/01/2021 13:23

If anyone has experience with no-show items in Am**, could you please tell me where I log it? I looked in the purchase tool, but I can't seem to find the spot where the guidance tells you to mark it as not received. Thanks.

Gatekeeper · 19/01/2021 14:25

I'm getting about £250 back in returns with A**r which is fab. I also got the chocolate which wasn't fab and I couldn't even manage to finish the square I had

Gatekeeper · 19/01/2021 14:26

I successfully applied for Crisp a year ago and still haven't heard back from them

GailLondon · 19/01/2021 14:38

@CrepuscularCritter it is on the review page. If you click your item, instead of clicking the blue ‘Review item’ box, there should also be a ‘update status’ box. Here you can mark it as not delivered

GailLondon · 19/01/2021 14:41

I had a good month with Am**r.
An £80 Pandora necklace (keeping it as a treat!), a £40 charm (returning). A nice dress that I’m actually wearing to work today! And a £65 craft beer crate 😃😃

bookgirl1982 · 19/01/2021 14:48

I doubt I will get am** next month as it starts earlier in the month and most of my stuff this month is coming from China so may not have arrived by then.

Frenchdoors1 · 19/01/2021 14:49

@GailLondon Love the dress!

@Gatekeeper You will hear from Spud, I read on here that someone heard after 2 yrs. Not saying you will have to wait that long though Smile

Gatekeeper · 19/01/2021 14:51

that dress really suits you @GailLondon

YonderTweek · 19/01/2021 15:05

@GailLondon That dress is lush! Smile From what I can tell your shoes look like something I've been trying to find. Blush Where are they from, if you don't mind me asking?

I'm not sure if I get to do the next round either. I have received and reviewed all but one item but typically the last item is coming from China and the estimated delivery date is in February. Hmm

Tohaveandtohold · 19/01/2021 15:14

That dress looks brilliant @GailLondon. It’s a nice find.
@Gatekeeper, I only just heard from potato in December and I first applied in March 2019. I took the test again 2 other times when people who applied after me were accepted within a short space of time but I don’t think it makes any difference as it’s just luck

CrepuscularCritter · 19/01/2021 15:23

Thanks @GailLondon. I didn't realise the tick box only appeared after you had updated the shipping date. And I'm loving that dress. I had some good stuff in December, but January's buys have been a little...odd...

GailLondon · 19/01/2021 15:31

oh im afraid the shoes are just Primark cheapie ones from last year....I spend a lot of the day on my feet at work (in a lab) so they are from the sporty/trainer section and have memory foam insoles - nice and comfy but not too glamorous!

whysotriggered · 19/01/2021 15:39

@bookgirl1982 whether you get picked or not has nothing to do with whether everything has arrived from the previous round. I did both Dec and Jan rounds with items still outstanding from November round!

bookgirl1982 · 19/01/2021 15:46

@whysotriggered it says that will now be the case on the qualification survey this month

YonderTweek · 19/01/2021 15:58

Thanks! I love basic black trainer-y shoes but I really struggle to find any good ones for some reason. I was up on my feet constantly in my old job and was desperate for something that I could actually walk in. Grin I got Vans but their sizing is all weird. I'll check Primark when I can!
TheHumanFund · 19/01/2021 16:03
@whysotriggered it says that will now be the case on the qualification survey this month
Does it just mean the surveys we do when making the purchase I wonder, and not the reviews on receipt of the product.

whysotriggered · 19/01/2021 16:31

@bookgirl1982 They've been saying it from the first round I did in November yet here I am! Plus a lot of the purchases can take up to 8 weeks to arrive so I don't think they would have enough raters if they actually applied this rule. I suspect it is more a tool to encourage raters to do the final survey asap.
