Quick one on A##r please. What would you do if some of your order was missing? I bought a bundle of two things and only one turned up. They still charged me for the bundle. I'm not sure whether I should write my review based on just that, or if I should try and chase the remaining product and include that experience in the review too. I also want to potentially return the products but not before I've seen them.

@YonderTweek I'd be tempted to chase it and put the result in the feedback. But I don't think the guidelines give a clear answer on it.

@Gatekeeper daft question but have you definitely filled it all in? Mine wouldn't submit but it hasn't saved the date. Hope you get it sorted.

@whysotriggered I feel exactly the same!! I've been sending quite a few queries in, some have had replies to which have been helpful. I'm still spending a fair bit of time thinking about how to categeorise things, but at this stage I'd rather be a bit slow than make lots of mistakes. I think on average I'm up to about 6 pounds an hour so far and it's getting a bit better each time. I asked and was advised not to go for the shifts until I was a bit faster, but that was a few days ago, so I might give it a go this week. I'm sure you're doing better than you think!

I think I am on about 2 pounds an hour, LOL, but I've only been doing half an hour - 45 minutes a day and I don't think at the moment I can do much more. I will just keep going and see where it takes me.

Have you checked the project chat? There's a guy there who works for the project and can answer queries and check things with the PM. You just have to catch him when he's online.

I've still had no response from App. I'm feeling pretty anxious about it now.
Has anyone else had the issue of the AC ID not being recognised, even though it is correct? And if so, how was it resolved?

@TheLolaMontez strange, thought that 'glitch' was supposed to be fixed. I never had that issue so can't help unfortunately, guessing nobody in the chatroom was able to offer advice? I've heard they can be pretty slow to respond to tickets unfortunately, but hope it isn't the case for you.

It's like talking to a brick wall in the chat 🙄 I've had zero response from every avenue I've tried.
I just hope they get back to me before Friday because if they don't I don't know what I will do

@TheLolaMontez You night want to post again when the guy is online. Or he might still get back to you. I've seen him come online and catch up on previous queries. The chat is either completely dead or stupidly busy so getting a response tends to depend on when you post. I've never had much luck there but I've found answers to my queries by reading other people's posts. Your issue seems a bit unique now that the problem has been fixed but I hope you get it to work soon.

You probably have tried everything, but just to check. Have you tried logging out and back in again? Clearing cache and cookies?

Thanks @YonderTweek - yes I've tried all those and it's just the same I don't know what to try next really, it makes me think it had to be their end and not mine. Unless I tried a different computer? That's the only other thing I can think to try

@tinyradish I'm on the Scottish version of F* at the moment and quite liking it. My rate has increased to probably around 60 items an hour so similar to @LimeJellyforBrains*. Some batches are massively easier than others so if you choose wisely and skip the tricky ones it makes a huge difference. Not sure what level of accuracy is required but the feedback is quite finicky so I do take my time to keep my rating up.

TheLolaMontez I’m afraid I don’t have any suggestions but just want to sympathise. The communication is not good and it does get quite stressful with such tight deadlines. Hope you get it sorted soon.

Amur was fine.

But I am still waiting to know why I can't invoice them for fucking Nile in fucking October. I've sent the 5th ticket today in response to their useless reply to my 4th saying "you were removed from Nile because you were inactive in November" No shit Sherlock. I didn't do November because having not been able to invoice October I wasn't being fucked over again.

I don't even care if they're reading. That's me done with them. My peephole bras and gimp masks on Amur was the cherry on the cake really. Had a good few months with Nile and a good run with B*. I'll stick with Potato and reactivate Lionbridge now.
