Can I just ask for some guidance from anyone who has done calls where they ask for your accent as part of qualification. As I've moved around a fair bit, I dont have an accent at all. Would that disqualify me totally? I've lived in my current house for around 25 years, but have failed to get the local accent in that time.

I sent in the spreadsheet Monday and they told me to send in the end of the week because he's already processed the payments on Sunday

@CrepuscularCritter Put down the accent it's most similar too. I'm in the same boat Sussex and Kent and central/greater London with some Midlands and Hertfordshire.

I always thought I just sounded 'Southern' until I started getting asked to tick one county.

I see the email text one is still going. I hate it but I don't think they will pay until it's completed.
What I did figure out though is that if you have the little microphone symbol on your keyboard on your phone you can actually dictate what you want the command to be.
I'm talking about the email job where they give you different entities and a scenario and you have to fulfil a command using every one of the entities.
So figuring that out has speeded the process up!

@seizethecuttlefish actually I did get that but as I didn't have the right accent, I had to ignore it :-(.

What do you guys mark the customer as if they don't pick up twice in a row? I don't really want to mark them as dishonest because they can get thrown off the job so I just go to the technical and select "other" then comment that the person didn't pick up.

Is this correct?!
