Have just read through this thread so far. Looking to make some extra ££ to pay for DIY work. I already do lots of surveys on the usual sites,but will be trying some others listed here. One thing I wan't sure of is what 'Bane' means? Is it an app, or a website?

Google just turns up links to the batman villian!

I haven't had anything @TheLolaMontez for about three weeks (I might have missed stuff though for not obsessively checking regularly!).

So, Neevo paid me for another couple of hours for the Aussie transcription after I queried my pay. That leaves me with approx 5 hours unpaid work - so over half the work I did was for free. I currently have the rage. Can't honestly see how it is legal to allow you to continue working if they think you are not meeting their standards. I didn't even do the hours on the same day and spent ages on some of the more difficult ones. @ruralwanderer I am taking a leaf out of your book and banishing them to the bin.

@TheLolaMontez he's gorgeous. One of my son's friends went through this and he's doing brilliantly. Hope you get news soon. The waiting can't be easy.

@finaglingdog funnily enough I was just looking at how Neevo pay you etc and I see that if you sign up to do a job that has say 100 tasks and you say ok, then you have to do all 100 to be paid rather than just be paid for what you have actually done. And I'm not entirely sure that is legal actually.

I've missed your story. So are they not paying you for some of your work because they seemed it low standard or something?

@finaglingdog, I have no regrets about deleting my account with them. What does peeve me off though is that I'm still getting emails from them offering work! So not only can they not get payment right, they also can't deal with you leaving.

I'm still £30 short but have hit a point where I just can't be bothered with them anymore so have left my very honest review of them everywhere I can on the internet and will not work for them again.

@horehound Yes, I completed about 8-9 hours work over a few weeks. Got a couple of small payments amounting to an hour at the beginning and then no further pay. That's despite completing the tasks over a period of time when they could easily have notified me that they weren't happy with the work. Doesn't bother me that they would take me off the task - but to let me keep on working; I find that unacceptable. As I say, I got a further couple of hours pay from complaining but I basically did 5 hours for free. I wouldn't mind but I spent ages on pretty indecipherable ones and now wish I hadn't bothered. Grrrrrrrrrrrr.
@ruralwanderer Same here - more transcription tasks too!!!! Maybe they are making their money getting a ton of work done for free...... No more from me.

God that's pretty crappy. I better get paid for all my call work I have done! I could have down otherstuff whilst the baby slept so I'll be mad if not. If I were you I'd keep complaining until you get it all. There will be a point it's easier to pay you than then use their resources to keep saying no to you

Is anyone with lionbridge? My payment has been rejected for the second month running. After the first rejection they emailed me querying my name not matching the account (maiden name) so I sorted that and now it's just been rejected again. I've just the iban number as shown in my internet banking so not sure what I'm doing wrong

Finally got my weeks notice from
Appen Tr* I have been on it a year this week so not unexpected but I will miss it. I have another project, so can't complain. Hope one of you gets my place!

@horehound I did get paid for the calls I did for them around the same time so you should be fine! It seems to be an issue with the transcription task from what I can tell. I am going to email again so I will see how that goes!

@unicornpoopoop I’m with them. I’ve not had a payment yet. Do they let you know if it’s been rejected? I’m so confused about whether I’m meant to do anything or not?

Has anyone else done the qualification for ending short stories on clickworker? I've done it twice now but when I submit it, I just get a circle of doom. Can't get the code to get paid !

@ZetaPuppis yes you get an email when the payment has been sent. I got this last week. And then today got an email to say it has been rejected ☹️
They'll try again in a month so I've now not been paid since I started in April
