OK the house of twig has been overspending drastically in recent months, so I'm about to start sorting it out again (took my eye off the ball you see)

I know we do style and healthy living makeovers on here

Anybody want to join my Money Boot Camp? Get control of your money and stay in control?

NB this may be well over my head though but I'm pretty good at this normally

sign-up if you wanna try .. we could start next month?

i need a kick up the a**e please fellow campers. I have been rubbish today and blown half the shopping budget on crap.

unknownrebelbang · 01/10/2007 22:01

oh dear.

Where is the bootcamp leader?

Twiglett, oh Twiglett, wherefore art thou, Twiglett?

MascaraOHara · 02/10/2007 09:39

I took back one pair of boots yesterday

winnie · 02/10/2007 09:52

I need to do this - have done an income and expenditure sheet and my income doesn't match my outgoings on the basics - in order to make ends meet I need to increase my income. I am actually considering having a lodger

MascaraOHara · 02/10/2007 10:59

OK, I am back on this today.. have pulled myself together.

is everyone still feverishly writing down what they spend?

MascaraOHara · 02/10/2007 15:42

c'mon guys.. who's still doing this?? If you've fallen off the wagon (like me) get back on! now!

unknownrebelbang · 02/10/2007 21:56

Have we been abandoned??

MascaraOHara · 03/10/2007 09:17

Lol, I'm here - just not very well trained as yet!

bozza · 03/10/2007 09:19

I am still doing it, but am a couple of days behind on entering it on my spreadsheet. I had an expensive day yesterday because I had to pay for DS's swimming lessons (£50) and then he went and passed a load of badges so that was another £10 on badges and certificates.

majorstress · 03/10/2007 17:41

err, how do I get the budget planner to work on my new Vista Pc?

puffylovett · 03/10/2007 22:37

i'm still waiting to have my bum spanked.

then i can get back on the wagon.

until then i'm very resolutely OFF the wagon, down at The Three Cooks buying bags of donuts.

so you see, it's all YOUR fault that not only am i brassic, but also fat.

unknownrebelbang · 03/10/2007 22:57

Consider yourself spanked.

Not doing too bad, DH keeps sabotaging my plans, but only with teeny amounts, so frustrating rather than bank-breaking.

puffylovett · 04/10/2007 08:24

oh bugger does that mean No More Donuts.

oh well, back on the wagon !

scattyspice · 09/10/2007 20:37

I'm still in. Still spending money then writing it down .

Read in paper that 8 out of 10 women spend more than they earn.

Because they're worth it!

puffylovett · 09/10/2007 20:41

i've forgotten to write things down for the last week. think i peaked too early !!
