That should cover most of what was discussed in the last thread! I'm just realising I've forgotten transcription sites so I'll add those on now.

As always, referral links are always more than welcome Smile

I've had 2 really good days on UH RS, not sure if it's coincidence or not but what I'm finding works, especially today is doing a few minutes then clicking out for a minute then going back in. I'm focusing on 1 and I haven't been booted today so far, hopefully I haven't just jinxed it! ... it does make sense though with what others have said about not racing through them too quickly.

otterses · 05/02/2020 19:01

@FrontRowSeat

It is adult content, yes. It's not one I've done personally, but I'm sure someone could give you a bit more info Smile

I've just done a task on clickworker which I really enjoyed. I earned 3euros too. I can't remember the name of it, but I was doing some work with a bot and a customer. I quite enjoyed it actually. The 3euros was a test I think, but it was fun. When I finished, it said thank you but there are no more tasks available right now. I'm gutted as I really could have quite happily sat and done those at 3euros a pop. Took me about 20 minutes and it wasn't boring! I'd love more of those.

SNISR · 05/02/2020 19:24

@rosamaschata I've also received a share in direct line today and so did my husband. Haha!

Catatemyhomework · 05/02/2020 19:58

Has anyone done the author tests on clickworker? I've just gone in and there is an English test and then a qualify to be an author test. Just wondered if anyone else has done these? It might be worth a look.

girlicorne · 05/02/2020 20:04

@Catatemyhomework I did those and passed them last year but never got any writing work from it sadly unless I missed it.

Catatemyhomework · 05/02/2020 20:16

That's a shame @girlicorne. I had a glimmer of hope! I've just done the English one and will try the author one tomorrow as I'm a bit tired now and probably wouldn't do my best. The English one was straight forward.

Tefiti2 · 05/02/2020 20:28

Haven’t had time to check UHRS today - glad to hear there’s some variety to the tasks though. Have finally got onto an Appen project though yay!!

GachaBread · 05/02/2020 20:54

@spacepoppers hey hun just checking in with you in regards to BeMyEye.

How you getting on?

Have you been doing any more tasks recently?

Just want to hear if things are still working out well for you with it

Did you manage to do any of the flower jobs that they released this evening? I forgot to post as was dealing with housework/kids.
They usually go out on a Thursday so I am wondering if something is going down for tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

girlicorne · 05/02/2020 22:07

@Catatemyhomework I might have just missed something as I didn’t really check clickworker til I found UHRS as the tasks were so low paid and I don’t get emails from them. It’s always worth a shot!

girlicorne · 05/02/2020 22:10

So I spent an hour on the Neevo task where you rate the voices and write a comment? I was quite quick at it but after only managing 100 in an hour I sacked it off as being disgustingly low paid. Today I received a payment of £1.51 for an hour’s work!!! One to avoid!!! I made over £100 for about ten hours work on there before Xmas on another task though, it is just so hit and miss. I don’t know why the recent one was so appallingly paid did anyone make anything decent off it?

ifuckarses · 05/02/2020 22:12

Been doing UHRS for the post free days and getting in with it pretty well! Until tonight when I got a message to say I'd been disabled from what I was working on. I know usually they give take a break warnings, but this seemed like it meant that I can't work on it anymore. Anyone else had this?

While I'm here I'm going to pop my Trading212 referral link. Please remember to deposit £1.00 if you use it.

Do you want to get a free stock share worth up to £ 100?

spacepoppers · 05/02/2020 22:46

Hey @GachaBread I meant to reply to you earlier, your comment about the moneyshed made me laugh! I saw the flower tasks come out today, was gutted cos I work on weds and couldn't do any of them and now they're gone Sad. Will be interesting to see if any more are released tomorrow, it's been pretty quiet on BME this past week or so, hopefully there will be another wave of jobs along soon, fingers crossed anyway.,,

MrsWombat · 06/02/2020 06:48

I'm giving up on clickworker as I keep getting blocked. I think it's because I'm too fast.

Appen Banana is apparently starting this week. I'll believe that when it happens.

I'm going to concentrate on uTest for the moment. I've signed up for a couple of training test cycles so fingers crossed it gets me some more work. I've got three/four months left of Appen Truckee and I'm going to miss that easy money. Sad

devonport12 · 06/02/2020 07:12

I think Prolific and Neevo have RETIRED together, there is nothing from those sites. Is anyone getting any work from them?

SNISR · 06/02/2020 07:24

@devonport agree with you, neevo and appen have gone so quiet. That's the thing with work like this. Some months you can earn as much as someone who works full time and other months, it's extremely quiet.
At the moment it's so quiet for me that I've started looking on indeed for a term time job.

gatekeeper · 06/02/2020 07:26

I get about two surveys a day from Prolific- don't pay much though but i suppose it all adds up

gatekeeper · 06/02/2020 07:27

I'm confused about UHRS though...is this on Clickworker?

otterses · 06/02/2020 07:53

@devonport12 I'm getting about £5 a week from prolific, I hope it's not dying! They've been recruiting people over the last few weeks

Sallycinnamum · 06/02/2020 08:01

Arghhh after weeks of nothing ive had emails from Appen inviting me into the Nile project.

As I need to take the damn Lionbridge exam this week I've now got a dilemma. Do I bin appen and do the exam but there's no guarantee I will even pass or reapply to liombridge at another time?

Help!
