32 45k part time term time only. degree level.
It should be around 100k if full time and worked summer holidays / christmas / easter or longer days (currently 10-5) etc

I could earn considerably more in a corporate field but I have chosen a small company where my work life balance is great and the company is laid back and fun (hence why I am on Mumsnet at 11.37am hahaha)
