40, degree, £24k.........nhs don't pay well

42yo. 40k. Post grad diploma.

32 45k part time term time only. degree level.
It should be around 100k if full time and worked summer holidays / christmas / easter or longer days (currently 10-5) etc

49 65k MA

36, 38K, A Level

I could earn considerably more in a corporate field but I have chosen a small company where my work life balance is great and the company is laid back and fun (hence why I am on Mumsnet at 11.37am hahaha)

How??? How do you people without post secondary school qualifications earn so much! Please help me! I need ideas!
