33 yo £100k - £120k no qualifications working 20hrs week. I did train in my specific field but too outing , It’s just talent no degrees needed for my job. I will work more when children are older.

33, 57k, bachelor degree. Wont go up more than 10k more than that in my current career but thats okay because I love my job.

DH - 33, 80k, masters degree. He definitely has plenty room to keep growing in his career.

Early 40s, degree (in subject totally unrelated to work) and £75k.

However, I used to be mid 30s, no degree at all and around £150k so the degree and salary are definately not linked (for me!).
