I can't believe this has been going for nearly half a year!

As always, everyone is welcome to join us in earning an extra £10 a day Smile

There's hundreds of ways to manage this, but here is a list of some of the sites that are discussed frequently, and know caused some confusion for our new joiners last time.

Appen - a contracting website that offers a wide variety of work from social media evaluation, to voice based work. Please do not sign up to the Appen site you google, use this link, or you won't register correctly and you'll waste time waiting for projects that won't come your way.

https://connect.appen.com/qrp/public/jobs?uref=c48139fc0a25bae5d07c634d0a043f5b

(Full disclosure, that's my referral code and I get $25 if you are accepted and work for Appen for 150 hours, if anyone else would like to post their referral code feel free)

Axie Infinity - A crypto currency based game, the idea being that you breed 'creatures' battle them, then sell them on for profit to other gamers. Money can also be made through people renting land from you, or using your Axie to breed with theirs.

Leapforce - was Leapforce, now Appen.

Cloudworkers - Saucy chat site that pays per message.

Crisp - online website moderation, more information can be found here - https://survey.crispthinking.com/risk-analyst. There may also be references to the dashboard, Klipfolio and atlassian and slack, which are all tools used by crisp.

LionBridge - similar to Appen.

Hi can I join? Could really do with earning a little extra cash! I’ve just completed the Crisp quiz and only got 15 out of 20 Blush so possibly not my strongest suit! Into matched betting but need a bigger bank to do the bigger offers. I’m intrigued by the saucy messages idea Grin

WheelyCote · 04/06/2019 06:54

anxious when did you get the rating tool for Inari?
I messaged them again yesterday and they replied they have alot of raters to ad and :(

WheelyCote · 04/06/2019 07:01

Feeling blue this morning. The break up is getting to me a bit but i know it will get better. Im just keen to get started on the rest of my life and that requires extra funds.

Going to have a look at matched betting. Im worried im not giong to hear back from any projects / online work.

Roll on 6 months time. Im sure I'll be in a very different headspace.

WheelyCote · 04/06/2019 07:05

Where do i start with match betting?

anxiouswaiting · 04/06/2019 08:13

@WheelyCote just checked and I had the e-mail acknowledging my Inari-c application on 11th May and got added to the tool on 1st June, so 3 week wait. When did you apply?

reddA · 04/06/2019 09:17

@WheelyCote Flowers throw yourself into making money without distractions (that's what I'm doing!) then treat yourself :)

Cracking on with Crisp, dashboard is stacking up nicely, I love checking the total each morning Blush. Got DS1's 21st this month so it'll be expensive!

AdaShelby · 04/06/2019 10:16

I love checking the crisp dashboard in the morning too. I'm very happy with the difference the surges make.

@WheelyCote I agree with throwing yourself into it, have you registered with online research companies like Angelfish and Liveminds? They pay quite well.

reddA · 04/06/2019 11:04

Appen voice task has been approved - phew! So $32 plus £68 on Crisp yesterday, so glad the weather is shit, I get so much more done :)

WheelyCote · 04/06/2019 11:45

Thanks anxious redda Ada xxx

I got the inari email about the 23rd may anxious. If its a 3 week ish wait, im not quite there yet Smile. Ill be patient.

WheelyCote · 04/06/2019 11:46

redda is the voice task that you did on appen global?

I want to avoid the one that takes ages to pay out

reddA · 04/06/2019 12:11

@Wheelycote, yes - in the email it says payment should go through by the end of next week :)

FloofenHoofen · 04/06/2019 12:27

Hello everyone :) nice to see this is still going!!

Here's the Appen link for anyone who hasn't begun working from home: connect.appen.com/qrp/public/jobs?uref=19a13c5648875eb3c2b8a4073493422a

anxiouswaiting · 04/06/2019 14:26

Does anyone have a sign up link for liveminds please? I tried google but it keeps taking me to pages which I assume are aimed at customers rather than participants

WheelyCote · 04/06/2019 15:48

anxious i think this may be the link liveminds.com/. Ive just found it and about to sign up. Thanks Ada for the heads up for liveminds and angelfishSmile.

WheelyCote · 04/06/2019 15:58

Oh anxious I see what you mean. I cant find the sign up bit for participantsConfused.

They have a facebook page so i've liked them and messaged. It says they typically reply in a day. They have a load of other names listed as links...like appen and lionbridge. I'll have a nosey and see if theres any other leads for money making :)

WheelyCote · 04/06/2019 16:17

anxious they replied. They advertise for projects via facebook etc. Advised to keep a look out on their news feed for upcoming ones

Otterses · 04/06/2019 19:12

Another fab one from Jon Grin

blog.themoneyshed.co.uk/how-to-get-money-fast/

Micro task site I haven't heard of on there! Will be looking at that as soon as DS heads to bed.

Well today went a bit tits up work wise - it's raining... INSIDE!! So I've had to rearrange the front room to avoid the drips Hmm Not sure what the problem is, it's coming from a beam between my front room and Ex's front room - I got off pretty lightly compared to him as lots of his antique books got soaked through and had to be chucked out.

So, I'm knackered now after cleaning under every piece of furniture I moved (how does it get so disgusting??) I'm sat watching the wallpaper peeling from the wall and two confused cats looking at the dripping ceiling Grin.

@Otterses is it clickworker on Jon's blog? I'm signed up with them if it is.

Otterses · 04/06/2019 21:39

Calling it a day!

www.utest.com/projects/internet-speed-passive-testing-theuk

The WiFi testing thing I mentioned earlier is above.

Tracking this month (poorly!)

So far:

Profilic - £16.55
Crisp - £63.93
Appen - £42.44

£122.92/1000

Aiming for £1000 this month. I'm feeling optimistic Grin

One more victory Grin

ASOS lost a parcel last year I forgot to sort out. They've just sent me a £26 refund.

OP posts:
justtheonethen · 04/06/2019 22:03

Also aiming for £1000. I'm on £165 ish from crisp so far this month.

WheelyCote · 05/06/2019 06:41

redda oh no, did you plan on installing a shower in the frontroom?Wink in all seriousness thats awful. Will your home insurance cover the repairs / damage? If your ex has antique books, he's mad to bin them. He could claim on home insurance to have them properly repaired

Otterses 16.55 off prolific well bloody done lol Im on £3.70 hahah
My web alert seems to have stopped alerting. I'll uninstall and reinstall.

WheelyCote · 05/06/2019 07:31

Anyone doing Carmel or crescent? would you recommend or stay away?

anxiouswaiting · 05/06/2019 09:01

@WheelyCote I did Carmel last month. I assume its a short term project as I did the 300ish tasks they requested and then nothing since. I found it pretty easy and quick. Bit boring but I'd say I spent a couple of hours overall for around $30. My application for Cresent is still in progress, has been ages so I don't think I am getting on that one.

Is anyone else already doing Inari-c? I am finding it very quick and easy. Only allowed to do 1 hour per day and in that hour its 20 tasks. I'm finding its taking me less than an hour but as you are only allowed to invoice for actual time taken to the minute I am not earning as much as I would like which is annoying.

Thanks for the Liveminds info, Ive started following in facebook so fingers crossed will see a suitable project soon
