I can't believe this has been going for nearly half a year!

As always, everyone is welcome to join us in earning an extra £10 a day Smile

There's hundreds of ways to manage this, but here is a list of some of the sites that are discussed frequently, and know caused some confusion for our new joiners last time.

Appen - a contracting website that offers a wide variety of work from social media evaluation, to voice based work. Please do not sign up to the Appen site you google, use this link, or you won't register correctly and you'll waste time waiting for projects that won't come your way.

https://connect.appen.com/qrp/public/jobs?uref=c48139fc0a25bae5d07c634d0a043f5b

(Full disclosure, that's my referral code and I get $25 if you are accepted and work for Appen for 150 hours, if anyone else would like to post their referral code feel free)

Axie Infinity - A crypto currency based game, the idea being that you breed 'creatures' battle them, then sell them on for profit to other gamers. Money can also be made through people renting land from you, or using your Axie to breed with theirs.

Leapforce - was Leapforce, now Appen.

Cloudworkers - Saucy chat site that pays per message.

Crisp - online website moderation, more information can be found here - https://survey.crispthinking.com/risk-analyst. There may also be references to the dashboard, Klipfolio and atlassian and slack, which are all tools used by crisp.

LionBridge - similar to Appen.

@Bemystarlord I check mine like a loon too I think they recruit by region, though I may be wrong.

@0htooooodles well done! How much are you on so far?

I'm on £455 Smile it's not exactly where I want to be, but I should finish on a £1000 total this month. Not bad for 2-3 hours a days commitment.

FatandSassy · 26/06/2019 08:34

@Bemystarlord end of April I think Confused

Blessthekids · 26/06/2019 08:39

I'm waiting for so many replies that I too am checking compulsively. I think I need to stop and just let things happen. No amount of faffing from me and I've faffed a lot has made any difference Confused

0htooooodles · 26/06/2019 08:54

@justtheonethen @Otterses my target was £1000 👀😱

anxiouswaiting · 26/06/2019 08:56

@Otterses I got an email saying I passed the test, did you? Although when I click work this I am getting an error message so not sure if its one of those where they have to set it all up, but pleased I got on.

@TheLolaMontez I got one of them messagea too. Was it the one where you choose between 2 groups of pins? I was a bit miffed because it feels quite subjective

TheLolaMontez · 26/06/2019 09:02

Yes that's the one @anxiouswaiting - I kinda felt the same, it's down to my judgement as a "customer" which column I find the most relevant and appealing to me, surely(?) ah well, they said I wasn't banned, I just had to be more careful Grin wrists virtually slapped!

Otterses · 26/06/2019 09:06

Really hoping the money clears through PayPal today 😩 all my DD's are due out tomorrow and I can't see the bank being happy if they bounce. Definitely doing a bank transfer next month.

@0htooooodles How many unknown items do you have Grin ?

OP posts:
0htooooodles · 26/06/2019 09:12

@Otterses maybe about 400? I actually hit 1025 - so will continue on until Sunday and see what I can end up with 😁

justtheonethen · 26/06/2019 09:12

@0htooooodles amazing! I'm on £850 so far so hoping to make £1k

Bemystarlord · 26/06/2019 09:20

@Otterses ooh thats good to know that they do it by region! Anyone else who is waiting in East Midlands?
@TheLolaMontez @FatandSassy

Will keep fingers crossed your money clears today 🤞

TheLolaMontez · 26/06/2019 09:22

Ah I'm East Midlands too @Bemystarlord small world, eh Grin

Bemystarlord · 26/06/2019 09:22

Did another hour on Cloudworkers last night, think i might be better suited to online counseling, i made some poor man cry because i was too nice to him 🤣🤣. Out of all the messages only a couple were x-rated the rest were just general chit chat or lonely men.

Bemystarlord · 26/06/2019 09:25

@TheLolaMontez ooh that would make them recruited by region make sense! Fingers crossed they get to us soon!! Are you on Marketforce mystery shopping? Or bemyeye? Theres been some great ones on there recently for nottm/derby/leics. can send you a referral if you decide to sign up :)

reddA · 26/06/2019 09:32

Wow, you guys are hammering it :) I'm on £800 which is amazing, hoping for £1000 but depends on how much content there is - if it's slow I tend to leave it.
Wondering if there was a bug on Clickworker or maybe a generic message out as it seems odd you all getting it.

Otterses · 26/06/2019 09:35

@0htooooodles you've absolutely smashed it this month. I really hope you get yourself a nice treat next month Grin

@justtheonethen again, that's amazing. I'm sure you will hit £1000, even if you don't, that's still fantastic.

@Bemystarlord haha. Thank you. As soon as I have it, I'm writing a formal complaint to PayPal. There is zero reason why this should have happened. I'm sorry cloud workers didn't go to plan. You're braver than me, the sex talk doesn't bother me, but when I think about people just being lonely I get a bit emotional and feel sad Grin I'm pathetic really.

whatthewhatthewhat · 26/06/2019 09:44

@Bemystarlord 🤣 and 😢

TheLolaMontez · 26/06/2019 09:51

I'm on both @Bemystarlord I'm just too lazy to leave the house Grin

justtheonethen · 26/06/2019 10:06

@Otterses I'm the same. Makes me feel really sad Sad

whatthewhatthewhat · 26/06/2019 10:42

Anyone know how much time it takes to do the Versal training?

Blessthekids · 26/06/2019 11:19

What's Versal training?

justtheonethen · 26/06/2019 11:22

@whatthewhatthewhat I did it in a couple of hours max. Possibly less. It's just a case of reading through and then doing the tests.

@Blessthekids it's the Crisp training.

Otterses · 26/06/2019 11:34

@whatthewhatthewhat

I probably spent two hours on it at most, a lot of it is common sense Smile

OP posts:
0hmygoodness · 26/06/2019 12:25

Well done on some amazing earning everyone.

I'm still not off to a great start. I'm on the long wait for Crisp and I'm a bit miffed as I have been accepted onto the Appen Fletcher project and now there is no work available.

Is this the same for everyone or should I message them?

I have signed up for Utest but it just seems so complex. I'm sure it's not, when you get going but I can't get my head round it. Anyone else tried it?

Otterses · 26/06/2019 12:43

@0hmygoodness

Honestly, there's no point in messaging them. I'm assuming you have a few pending projects?

Essentially, now you're in a queue, you just need to sit tight and wait for a vacancy on a project you've applied for. I know it's a bit crap, but loads of people that applied to Nile months ago have just been accepted Smile

OP posts:
0hmygoodness · 26/06/2019 12:51

I have lots pending but the one that did accept me, Fletcher, comes up with a message saying there is no work available when I click on work this Sad
