I'm trying a different tactic with 2ups and backing both teams (one at 365, one at paddy). Will see how it goes

Golden0ldie · 28/03/2019 14:14

@YesQueen, that’s exactly what I do. Only started a few weeks back and only do one match each day, trying to look like a punter! I have yet to have one come in but enjoy doing it.

Fairyliz · 28/03/2019 18:31

I have made the decision to step away from casino as I have never made a profit.
It was a quiet week last week after Cheltenham but I managed to make £37 on bet clubs, price boosts etc. Unfortunately I spent £50 on casino so that wasn't very good.
Don't forget its William Hills golden goal at the weekend West Ham v Everton and you can tie in profit by betting on your team and against the same team for next goal.

Menarefrommarsitwouldseem · 28/03/2019 20:46

Thanks for all the advice

I really feel as though I'm missing a trick with price boosts and accas etc
But I don't feel confident really

I agree with the above poster regarding casino
Don't get me wrong I've got some decent wins
But the losses are there too and I really feel it can he addictive

I will just so my free virgin/monopoly spins I think

bluemumsbluedog · 28/03/2019 20:59

I'm up about £130 but am waiting for starling card to come so I can keep it separate as at the moment I don't know what is mine and what is from mb

Golden0ldie · 29/03/2019 22:58

Where is everyone? It’s too quiet here!

Busy day tomorrow. I’ve left most of my betclub bets until the weekend so have loads to do. Only have one fb to place. Loving the lrc - even pence from free spins adds up over time and had £12 from a Heart bonanza box today for a £10 desposit. Bingo, however, is not my game. A pound here or there but nothing to dance about.

Saw on TP fb that Quidco have a whopping £60 cashback for a Gala Bingo sign up and wager £5 ... if you don’t already have an account with them or Coral. Has anyone with a Coral account tried it and been successful?

thefavourite · 30/03/2019 01:14

Hello!

I'm here! I am up at this crazy hour as it's the only time I can get any peace & quiet!! I've had a great night MB & LRC after a pretty rubbishy week. It's got me back on track and I still have the weekend to go (I ensure all bets are settled and then count up and do all my withdrawals etc on a Sunday evening).

I have a £5 free Ladbrokes bet, William Hill scratchcard and my Paddy 5 x £10 trigger bets for bet club to do tomorrow. I might try and offset them with 2ups at Bet365 if I have time, however is this worth it if I can't watch the results live? Can you only win at 2up if you can cashout mid game? Please help a 2up newbie!

I've done my Golden Goal and backed Everton and locked in. So I need West Ham to score first and Everton to win to win big bucks!

What bet clubs do you do @Golden0ldie? I only do Paddy and Sky. I did do betway but they have stake restricted me. I'm interested to know if I am missing out on bet club profits! I know Coral have a £25 one but £5 with 80% retention doesn't seem worth it. At least with Skybet £5, I am betting there every week for their price boosts anyway.

Netbet made me laugh this week. I signed up and deposited £50 (more than required) and placed a bet on a darts match. It won at Netbet. I then received my email saying I had a £25 free bet as per opening offer. I logged on tonight to use it and had a pop up saying my account had been restricted! The only thing I'd done was win my first bet! Or the fact I am female? I can't work out how they keep any mug bettors/real customers if they gub for simply winning a bet? Maybe they are linked to Moplay (same software) who keep sending me emails about being gubbed haha.

I can't remember who asked about the £100 p/w - I can certainly share how I've made mine in the past couple of weeks if that helps? Both weeks include a sign-up or two though. Price boosts are great particularly if you can underlay them. They don't make guaranteed profit but they are risk free (£0 loss at Exchange) and when you do win, you obviously win more than you would have if you'd locked in.

I also can't remember who PM'd me about the Monopoly daily game? I'm so sorry I never got back to you, I've had a bonkers week. I'll do it from the new board starting on Monday!

Have a great weekend!

I have Gala Bingo, Gala Casino, Gala Spins and Coral. I think you can only have 2 of the Gala accounts (can't remember which 2!) But I haven't had any issues with my Coral account in regards to my Gala accounts.

TheGigglingGazelle · 30/03/2019 13:48

Was just reading on the TP FB page that Sporting Bet seem to be gubbing women who sign up with them straight away.

This has just happened to me.

Fluffycloudland77 · 30/03/2019 13:50

When you first load the virgin/heart free game there’s three options. Free picks, pick of the month and the actual game. Pick of the month is played on the last day of the month. It’s like an extra freebie.

I’ve done Betfair and WH scratch if the day. Should make £7.

Where you findprice boosts? When ever I look it’s like 20p extra per £10 staked. I’d like to do price boosts.

Golden0ldie · 30/03/2019 15:18

I have royally f*** up! Placed £20 on Wolves at 2.45 with Bet365. Odds moved from 2.54 tp 2.64 in blnk of an eye at both exchanges. Queued it ... odds got longer and longer andbit didn’t match. Cancelked my queued lay and waited fir kick off hoping odds would shorten. Bloody Burnely scored in less than 2 mins. Am hoving between a loss heading for a tenner or sitting tight and hoping Wolves at least equalise and the odds come in a bit.

I have so many bets on that I am dizzy! Had 2nd to winner at Doncaster so came in with my £10 back on Sky which was lovely until this fiasco. It will cover this though.

Fluffy I didn’t know about pick of the month - will look out for it tomorrow.

@, that was exactly my experience at NetBet. Re BetClubs. Usually do just Paddy and Sky. Have K8 this week. And see MoPlay have a bet club so will do that next week and am going to start Quinnbet too.

Off to check the odds!

thefavourite · 30/03/2019 15:19

Hi Fluffy,

I do a few price boosts a day and usually underlay them. Do you know how to do this? Use the advance calculator. It's risk free as there's no loss at the Exchange but you obviously don't profit as often as when you lock in, but when you do profit, it's worth it.

OP posts:
thefavourite · 30/03/2019 15:20

I really dislike K8's website which puts me off using them!

OP posts:
Fluffycloudland77 · 30/03/2019 15:26

I understand underlaying, it’s more finding the price boosts.

itsabongthing · 30/03/2019 15:32

Hi guys, sorry to barge into the thread but was just after a bit of advice.
I did a bit of MB a few years ago, didn’t sign up to profit accumulator or anything, just used the free oddsmonkey calculator and tool (but then I think it stopped being free?)
Just generally feel very rusty And can’t even quite remember who I had accounts with!

Wanted to get back into it but not sure if it’s worth it as I had already done the main joining offers at all the big names. I’d started doing a bit of horses but there didn’t seem to be much money to be made from offers for existing customers.
Are there any new companies out there doing good joining offers?
How can I get back into it?

Golden0ldie · 30/03/2019 16:03

£58.65 from free bingo tickets. Beauty! It will absorb the hit from my unmatched £20 which remain unmatched with a loss of around £16 if Inlay now. DH assures me that Wolves will win ... I’m not so sure!

ceecee32 · 30/03/2019 16:12

Can I just ask about the bet clubs.
I understand the low odds for a QB for a free bet on opening offers - but in a bet club do you still look for low odds (under 2) or do you go for the over 4.0 for all bets

Not even sure that question makes any sense..... in summary - do you hope for a win on all your bets. Not looking for a QL on anything

Golden0ldie · 30/03/2019 18:04

@ceecee32, treat your bet club bets the same as all others with as low a QL as possible. Then when you get your free bet, look for odds over 5.0 and do it SNR. So with Paddu, bet 5 x £10 bets and get £10 free bet, I try to aim for a return of as close to £8 on my free bet but my true net value for the bet club over the week is the free bet return less all the QLs so probably around £5.50.

ceecee32 · 30/03/2019 18:33

Thanks Golden

Menarefrommarsitwouldseem · 30/03/2019 19:24

I'll have a look at gala later but I have an account with coral so probably won't get it

I've just been gubbed after placing 1 bet with bwin.

How do the price boosts work
You set it all up as normal but the price boosts gives you a profit?

I have a free acca bet to use with bet Victor but they confuse me so much.

Golden0ldie · 30/03/2019 22:27

Men, you might be able to use one of the Smarkets pre-built ACCAs for Bet Victor but would need to put the numbers into the calculator to see whether it would work. I just looked at Gala and am going to skip it (was going to ask DH whether he’d like an account 😉) as the wagering on their welcome offer is x20 and I have no idea whether you can opt out of the welcome.

Favourite, you probably did better than me on gg lock in .. I had West Ham but had commission at 2% instead of 5% so only made £4.63. Had Everton on 2up and oh so stupidly didn’t do the early payout bet early enough as I was racing out to get takeaway and one child was getting shouty so instead of bagging £6.90 got a lousy £1.18. Bad day for mb as £7.42 loss thanks to the unlaid bet mess! However, had another bingo win so my casino was up by £67 so am more than happy.

Fluffycloudland77 · 31/03/2019 09:38

@itsabongthing

You can do the reload offers, freebets4all will have a daily list. Bookies go bust and new ones come in all the time.

itsabongthing · 31/03/2019 16:51

Ok thanks. And is there still a free odds calculator and tool available? Or do people generally subscribe to something now?

Fluffycloudland77 · 31/03/2019 17:52

Paid for ones are better, there’s loads of £1 or free trials though.

Gammeldragz · 31/03/2019 18:53

Hello all, I was on the last thread but I'm mostly on the Oddsmonkey forum and keep forgetting to pop in here. March started badly on Low Risk Casino (my main earner) and I wasn't in profit until the end of week 3. Cheltenham didn't make anywhere near as much as I could have. Yesterday I screwed up the golden goal by deciding not to lock in £25 profit. Missed out on 2upas DD was throwing up when I should have been cashing out...

However, I still managed to hit £10k profit this month! In fact, current profit is now £10,871. I have branched into Each Way No Lay (not for beginners!) which is going well so far. I'm hoping between various avenues to keep hitting £1k+ a month.

Total for March £1,329
Casino (mostly LR, little bit of HR) £780.38
EW No Lay £119.66
Sports (mostly Cheltenham) £428.96
